Overall fine for staying 1 night to go to concert at Gillette Stadium. Breakfast OK, except terrible bread selections. Need some REAL bread including whole grain bread. Some granola would also be good.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight. The front desk employee was professional and quick to check us in. Room was overall clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have an automatic pancake maker that I’ve never seen but having fresh pancakes was a bonus. The only issue we had was that our carpet appeared damp and sticky. We’re not sure if it was recently cleaned and just hadn’t dried. But the room did not smell and it was clean. Would stay again.

I am writing to express deep disappointment and concern about an unfortunate incident during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Norwood - Boston. My family and I faced an unsettling situation that made us feel unwelcome. Our stay was marred by issues, notably persistent dog barking from the adjacent room. I approached management for help, hoping for a peaceful resolution. However, their response escalated the matter. Astonishingly, after voicing my concerns, management involved the police and asked us to leave. I understand challenges in hospitality but find the response disproportionate. I expected a more considerate resolution from a reputed guest-focused hotel. The lack of attempt to mediate, coupled with misrepresentations and inconsistencies from management, is deeply concerning. Initially, we were assured of no dogs, later told they'd be quieted. Yet, when barking persisted, a legal provision about service pets was used, forcing us to a smaller room or to leave. Involving law enforcement unnecessarily compounded our frustration. I request a review of our experience and appropriate action to address this matter.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and cozy. Proximity to restaurants and shopping awesome.

24 hour check in was super helpful for my group of 6 coming in after a concert. Comfy beds and clean rooms, and a breakfast available in the morning.

Clean and up to date

The only complaints is there wasn’t much around but was only there for a night for a concert.I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We asked to prepare the bed for our children and they didn't do it+ they put 3 towels for 5 people

Only here for one night and didn't arrive until 10:20 PM, but everything was fine.

Stayed here for hike visiting Boston and going to Gillette stadium for a MLS game. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Great breakfast the first day, out of meat the second but everything else was great!

6/9/23 Night attendant person was terrible!!! My family arrived from North Carolina around 4am. I called ahead to let it be known we would be arriving early in the morning. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before the male employee come from wherever he was at looking like he just woke up. He checked us in. He gave us the keys to a room that someone was asleep in. HOW SAFE WAS THAT!!! As a black woman opening the door to a room occupied by a white male I was mortified!! Lucky the gentleman did not hear us! I go back to the attendant and he asked did I go to the right door??? Are you serious!!! I went to the door of the room number that was provided!! Then he said and the key opened the door???? WHAT!!! I was done at that point. The room that I was then provided was terrible. Rm 420 has a crack in the tub. The t.v has a makeshift dresser drawer holding up the t.v and the wood slab under the tv stand is broke and leaning against the wall. This weekend we traveled to lay my mothers ashes and to have to deal with a crummy hotel was awful!

The stay was enjoyable. Communication with staff prior to the stay was a huge draw back. I called to modify my reservation and was told that it was not an issue. However, when I went to check in I was informed that the staff member who I spoke with earlier had canceled my whole reservation.

Walked in and there was no staff to greet you at the counter. In fact the entire time there we only saw cleaning staff. Very upset that there was no mention anywhere that the pool was closed. Wouldn’t stay here again

Service was ok. Home was not to standard. And i saw mouse was in the home. To be honest i should be reimbursed just for that. I been going to that hotel for the passed 4 years. Please advice the manger in that hotel. Thanks a lot...

comfortable and quiet

Pool was closed indefinitely, which sucked because we were looking forward to it. When we checked in, the employees were nice, but we found weird red stains in the shower, not sure if they were blood or hair dye or what, but the people working (Elizabeth and another younger guy) quickly moved us to a different room. Had good restaurant recommendations. Woke up the next morning to the fire alarms blaring, which isn’t anyone’s fault, but still a bad way to be woken up at 7:15 am. Breakfast was okay, frozen waffles were not kept frozen so not really good safe. They were just in a room temperature display case with bagels and muffins next to the toasters. It was an okay-ish experience, but we wouldn’t stay here again. Elevator also a bit sketchy once you’re between floors 3 and 4, it makes a weird noise

Elizabeth greeted me at the desk and she was awesome. She made me feel comfortable and she was patient with me as I got out my information for completing the booking. I was looking forward to swimming in the pool and I’m very disappointed that it’s not in service.

We had a very large top floor corner room, quiet location set back from the Highway, clean and comfortable. Not really anything in walking distance but nice location.

Room was dirty. Kitchen counter sticky. No hot water. Will never stay here again.

Shower had low pressure a thumbnail size soap I had to Ask for paper to write Not enough blankets When I checked out (on time) A $50 charge was added.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I went to get in my bed. The bed was filthy. Very noticeable stains on the sheets. They did come and clean immediately when notified.
