stay was great but are all your ac heating units loud? I was in 317 and that unit was super loud. It awoke me at night..

what I didn’t like is there were trying to charger me double after I already prepaid ahead for the stay and then they wouldn’t give me no clean towels even went don’t to the front desk to ask and still they said no one lady was very very rude and on top of that someone keyed my van I asked if the camera’s were facing the front park lot and I was ignored..I will be call corporate in the morning and will not stay there again…

Wonderful place, will be back. I was there for work so didn’t spend much time there but would like to return and enjoy more of the amenities. I booked through a 3rd party and there was an issue on their end but the desk clerk worked quickly to resolve it.

We booked well ahead. Booked a 2 Queen bed. Come to check in to be told there was no queen beds available that we will have to share a bed. The AC was so loud you could not sleep. Was not going to ask to switch rooms because we were told there was no removes left.

The location was great. I wish it would have been a little cleaner. There was so much dust on top of the fridge that I was able to write my name in the dust. There were dishes in the dishwasher, and there was an old coffee pod in the coffee pot from the previous guests. We had an adjoining room with our friends that we were traveling with and the fridge in their room was broken. It's wasn't cold. We tried to adjust the temperature. However the freezer worked. We were able to use ours and we wanted the adjoining rooms so we just dealt with it.
We made these reservations and paid the rate where we could not cancel. That was fine. However our friends wanted to pay for their own room so they asked to put their room on their credit card. The front desk said we could do that. My husband questioned them because the charge already showed up on our credit card. But the front desk said that charge was just to 'hold it'. So now we have all been charged. The front desk person was incorrect. So that is a little bit of a mess that we are working to correct. More training maybe?? Hopefully this was just a fluke and a one time thing but this was our experience.

We enjoy Home2 Suites. We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner! Love that!
This particular location just showed a lot of wear and tear…or it was just older. We had two queen beds. One bed had wrinkled sheets and pillow case. It looked as if the sheets were not changed although it was made. It is possible the sheets were just very wrinkly compared to the other bed. When I pulled the coverlet back the duvet was stained. Ugh.
The room was just worn down ~ a lampshade was missing, there were stains in the sink and bathtub, stains on the walls and doors, furniture and floor. The hardware was worn down and rusted/dented. The a/c fan sounded like it was going to depart at anytime! The whole room was just rough.
Again…we’ve always enjoyed Home2 Suites! They’ve always been exceptional in service and cleanliness. This particular room experience however was a significant step down.

Do not pay a price this high for a room that does not get cleaned. They switch my room three times in the condition of the cleanliness got worse. You’re better off staying in a motel six whoever’s managing. The housekeeping department is doing an awful job housekeeping needs an overhaul. Chairs were filthy covered in hair and food. Bathroom the same I stayed in the third room because I finally found some sheets that didn’t have hair all over them.

Right as I checked in a tornado warning went off and car took hail damage lol hotel was hot in lobby and hallways. Room clean and cool . Wish breakfast was a little more but overall not bad . Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the last time I stayed next door to this one and I think the other one has better food and bedding but overall not bad

Lobby was dirty and the A/C in all the common areas was either turned off or set at 80⁰. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The pocket door to the bathroom was not hung flush so it wouldnt lock and there was a gap you could see through. The 4th floor elevator call button was pushed back into wall so you had to stick a finger inside the wall to pressbutton.spend the extra $20 and stay elsewhere.

There was an issue with our reservation because it was thru a third party but the hotel staff particularly Tabitha sorted it all out for us and fixed the issue promptly. Out stay was wonderful.

This is a good place that has great rooms that are roomy with a full kitchen, minus stove and oven.

Property is dog friendly. It has green areas with waste bags available. Out door lounge area. Nice enclosed pool. Rooms were spacious. TV is a good size. Bathroom was clean and updated. Our room had a sleeping sofa. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee bar. Overall a nice stay. I would stay there again

A two night stay was quiet and comfortable in this somewhat clean location. The desk persons were very welcoming. The bed is great. Breakfast is breakfast but it sure helps not having to run out for it. Drawbacks were the Microwave did not work. The coffee maker had the leftovers of the last person to use it. But went down for some in the lobby, which is good by the way.
Didn't have face soap or lotions for the bathroom which I'm accustomed to at other places. Made due though.
I'd stay again... if I go back. I'm sure it'll be better, it is a Hilton place you know.

Room was average. The microwave did not work. Had to move rooms. Customer service was awful! No apologies for inconvenience. Desk person acted as if it were an inconvenience to her to have to solve the problem. Breakfast was very limited and pre packaged.

The microwave do not work, AT ALL.
The tv had 5 annoying spots on it the whole time we tried to watch it. Rather large. We could hear people talking and walking all night and early in the morning. No fruit at breakfast…nothing healthy! Unacceptable!

Stayed 9 nights and had to ask for trash pick up and more toiletries. There was a posting about coming and checking every other day but that didnt happen. Overall the location is close to grocery and a few restaurants and bars.

I can't tell you how the stay was. Because the hotels.com app said it changed my dates so I went on with doing what I needed. Then when I look today at my email it says oh how was your stay. I contacted hotels.com they were no help refused a refund lied and said they contacted the hotel when they did not. So now I don't get to see family for the first holidays without my mom. I am out $130 and get to have a nightmare day for Christmas Eve👎

The property is very nice and was really clean. We were impressed with the clean elevator and hallways. The building just smelled clean, which isn’t always expected. Our room was spotless and super comfortable. The carpet was clean. The pillows and bed were soft. Everything in the room worked. We had everything we needed to feel at home, even if we had a short stay. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was free and had enough options to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I’m glad we chose this place for our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk wasn't very friendly or forthcoming with information when we checked in. Our bathtub was so clogged that you had water up to your ankles by the time you were done. For the beds in the room, the hotel is reusing old bed skirts as the blanket. The cleaning staff doesn't clean very well because we found sunglasses under the nightstand that wasn't hard to see. The dishes that we used were filthy. We were grateful that the maintenance guy came on Thanksgiving to fix our bathtub.

Arrived to check in at 7:00 pm. Stood at the front desk for well over 15 minutes. Another guest came in and said, you need to bang on the window, they will just ignore you otherwise. I had been saying hello - and looking around. Finally found a lady on a computer. When I poked my head around the corner and said "Hello" she did not respond. She did not say 1 single word to me during check in. I had to come back down because our pull out couch had no pillow, no blankets, no sheets. Again, did not say a word to me. Room was gross, dirty. We stayed for 3 nights, one day they put fresh towels in our room, but that was it. Over the course of 3 days - the only time anyone who worked there spoke was when I said good morning to them. Each night when we returned, found another guest standing at the front desk waiting to check in just like us and no service. I understand that the customer service industry is difficult but I worked at a Hilton property for years and am very loyal. This hotel and their staff - major disappointment. Also, plan on getting breakfast somewhere else. Next time to Midland, will be staying at another brand. Our teammates stayed next door at Springhill and raved about their stay.

The rooms weren’t ready when we got there to check in at 5. The front desk attendant was very rude. The bathrooms had hair in the sinks and bathtubs. Disgusting.

My only issue was that the American flag was torn and wrapped around the top of the pole. I had too ask 4 people before I was finally able to speak with the maintenance guy. Extremely helpful extremely polite. A few hrs later I noticed he had removed the torn American flag. He went out of his way to let me know as soon as the new one came in he would erecte it.
