Clean and simple for a short stay, we would stay again.

VERY BASIC,GOOD BATHROOM AND SHOWER PRESSURE. EXCELLENT RECEPTIONIST, MAYKON.WARM AND CLEAR INTERIOR. MATTRESS TOO THIN. NO ENGLISH SPEAKING TV CHANNEL. GOOD LOCATION AND SHOWER GEL. 2PM IS TOO LATE FOR CHECK, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ARRIVING FROM THE FERRY. WE ASKED FOR 1030, EARLIEST 1200, WE ACCEPTED. WRONG DIRECTION FOR THE OLD TOWN. OVERALL VFM.

Good value for money

Parking was a challenge but the breakfast was wonderful. Also there were very little places to eat nearby so we had a salad from the petrol station nearby. There is machine in the lobby of the hotel that you can get a meal from that you can microwave but the person who checked us in didn't tell us and we didn't find it until the next morning

Fabulous over night stop to catch ferry with my dog and mum in a wheelchair- helpful staff - fabulous rooms for accessibility and great breakfast - made it so easy

Although there is a parking option (extra) I used the large shaded public parking 5 mins walk away. Also found a great restaurant within 5 mins walk.

Great service at check in. Location great for a walk into the Citadel. Garage secure for our motorbikes. Perfect stay.

Ibis hotel corresponds to offer what you expect from it. The rooms are enough for a short stay, the bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast has the most you can want in a eurpean hotel, with a budget price.

While the staff were friendly (except for one lady at the front desk) the Hotel was just Too Cheap With no comfort. The rooms all have a bunk bed which is odd. The mattress is the cheapest on the market, scratchy but clean bedding, cheapest small thin, rough towels and for two people only two towels and two small tiny thin pillows. The rooms are a drab ugly green and the hall carpets really heavily stained and need replacing. Across from the hospital but NOTHING else nearby. It’s a long ugly walk to Actually get to Saint-Malo and apparently taxis don’t like to service that area we were told so we walked to and from town every trip for five days. It is not at all worth staying here. The breakfast was fine for most, the gentleman working was I very friendly and helpful. I’m celiac so not many options but that’s always the way. C’est La Vie! Why a budget hotel has to be extremely uncomfortable is strange, it should be comfortable but small without frills. I would not stay here or recommend it.

A basic hotel that was clean and tidy, the breakfast was pleasant in a bright clean room. The hotel was a short walk from Saint-Malo, but we are happy with this. We paid for secure parking, and this was across the street in a small but large spaced carpark. Saint-Malo, is a lovely place to visit and wander around.

Room was ridiculously small - had to edge round the bed carefully avoiding a pointless desk. Shower room had mould in it in several places. Reception staff very nice.

Cheap and cheerful but the rooms are very very small.

Booked a family room for 3, only 2 towels. Third bunk bed not made. Very near the port so good stop over but nowhere to walk the dog.

The staff was exemplary. Appreciate their assistance and courtesy.

Good place to rest!

Very functional hotel and pleasant stay. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location is a little far from Saint Servan centre and old town which was the only negative for us. Otherwise excellent.

Very clean, we only met one member of staff he was excellent provided us all the information we required.

Two twin rooms as part of motorbike trip, rooms very clean and just what was needed at excellent price. 25 minutes walk into old town.

My stay was very pleasant, it would be nice to have some more English tv channels but other then that excellent value for money.

As the boat didn’t arrive in St Malo until late evening this hotel is ideal for overnight stay ready to drive off early the next morning

Liked cleanliness and simple procedures e.g. checking out by simply dropping key in box. Parking was a nightmare with no spaces available.

Good budget choice in Saint-Malo. 20 mins walk max. to port or railway station, 30 mins max. to old town. Extremely clean, comfortable room with working wifi and hot shower. Very helpful staff and vending machines available for snacks. Would stay here again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located for the train station and ferry port.
