Well at first it was fine we went out for dinner came back i own a taxi business in Mexico so i was driving one of my taxis when we checked in the lady at the desk she said it was fine parking the taxi in the parking but on the way back security told us that we were not allowed to park because it was a taxi he was really rude and acted violently saying that i been here 4 years i know what im saying so park outside on the street we told him that they told us that we can park but he was so negative even saying if you like it you can leave i went inside to speak with someone else and she was very rude too saying i don’t know who told you that but will check she came back with an attitude saying ok you can park is there anything else with a rude face rolling her eyes back even saying how many people are with you because we don’t accept any guess I Been staying at this hotel so many times i was really disappointed this time how they treated me i been coming in with my taxi every time i stayed there but i guess not no more and to my surprise we were 4 people staying there and they only gave us 2 small waters and that if we wanted more we had to pay for it so we did really a pretty bad experience i had no choice but to stay there since i couldn’t find any other hotel

The staff is all so welcoming and most spoke English and willing to help with phone calls when my Spanish is poor. We will be coming back to the Hotel!

This is a great property with a fantastic staff, and an absolutely wonderful breakfast!

It is an excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly and kind. At night it was a little noisy because there is a dance place in front of the hotel and I did not notice that the little window was not closed properly. The lady uncharged of cleaning the room was excellent and she did a great job. EXCELLENT HOTEL AND SERVICE!

The hotel and rooms were great. But the service and the food, weren’t great at all. They should extend the hours for breakfast and have more options. Also for service, they never came up to you we had to go ahead and look for them to ask for what we wanted
