It was incredible, the apartments were super large and comfortable, first-class cuisine and the attention was incredible, it felt like home, I would always recommend it. We will be back soon.

Nice Area, Nice guy running the show, helpful and easy to contact. Had a little problem with our room and it was sorted with efficiency and swiftness. Got a new nicer room which was nice too. Little bit dated and run down but overall 7/10

I’ll start by saying that I gave the manager an opportunity to respond to my complaint but got no reply The state of the apartment was very poor and although these aren’t brand new apartments, there is no excuse for the level of cleanliness. The sheets were stained, blankets dirty, walls grubby with dried liquid dripping down but the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen in apartment or room that I’ve paid to stay in. Disgusting is an understatement. I felt like I needed to wear shoes in the shower and there was built up dirt and grime in the floors and around the frames. Mould on the walls too. Zero customer service. No communication before the day of check in and when I called the number off the website, it was answered by a man who just said ‘hello’. I thought I had called the wrong number, this was very unprofessional. It was disappointing that although there was a few Coffee and tea satchel’s there was no milk, even a small longlife milk. There was also only 1 toilet roll, no spares and no tissues. With no one in reception, these things should be considered and spares available in the room. There is a sign on the fridge that basically says you must clean the apartment before leaving or you will be charged a fee. Height of rudeness given the state the apartment was presented! Spend an extra $20 per night for somewhere better, heaps more options in the area!

Great located property, just a block back from the beach. Restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away as it a supermarket.

Large unit with beautiful deck , huge kitchen and great having a laundry , a great unit could just do with abit more cleaning in areas

On entry to unit it was tidy but very stale, even though the cleaning chemical was still very strong. The entire unit lacked atmosphere, the lounge was very uncomfortable -sunken. Minimal basics offered even after we had book a few days. Disappointed eg: detergent,tea, coffee, sugar. No milk.. have to rate it as one of the worst units we have stayed in.

The property is dated and a bit grubby which we didn’t mind considering the discounted price. But the mattresses made are stay absolutely awful, to the point that none of us out of the 4 people in our room got more than a few hours sleep each night. Really ruined the weekend as everyone was in a foul mood

The property is in a great location and is spacious. Close to shops and transport. However, it is in need of a deep and thorough clean, especially the bathrooms as they are both very dirty. It would also have been nice to have dishwashing detergent (only 1 small sachet was provided for a 6 day stay). There were ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We notified the manager and he kindly provided Ant Rid, however, it didn’t complete work. Overall, our stay was OK.

This was a lovely place to stay with family. The apartment was a generous size and the pool was popular with the kids. There was a warm spa for the adults to indulge in while keeping an eye on the kids.

No lifts, poor communication, Old furniture, no foxtel

We loved our stay. Great sized room with full kitchen, outdoor area. A bit of a walk to get to groceries and dining, but it didn’t worry us. Thanks for having us.

Convenient location and a great apartment for our 2 night stay. The pool is fantastic. Only feedback is that there could perhaps be more items in the kitchen as it was a bit sparse.

I was solo traveler to the Gold Coast visiting family. The apartment was huge for one, kitchen fully equipped, lounge room & dining room could fit a large family, bed comfortable. Furniture dated, but the job. Shopping, cafes etc walking distance for me. Beach 200m away. Owners let me check at 4pm, which was fantastic. Awesome stay!

The property is outdated, needs some renovation especially for a price they ask for.

Apartment is in a good location close to the beach with some great Restaraunts within walking distance. Rooms a little tired and only essentials provided with no extras, but everything you needed for a self contained unit and at a good price. Steve

The carpet throughout was stained terribly. The apartment smelled disgustingly musty. I was afraid to sit on the couch. The pillows in the bedroom stunk. The only upside was the location. We didn’t want to spend much time in the apartment at all.

The bbq near the popl was great. The unit was so clean and fresh.
