Hot tub not in service. Something that should be mentioned since we booked the hotel to relax in the pool area at end of day.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good. Only drawback was hair dryer didn,t work properly. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Rooms are very dated, carpet and some furniture is in poor condition. “Conference room” is not a great set up - folding tables with no table cloth/skirt covering. I would stay again only if no other option - I cancelled my reservation for next week and booked elsewhere.

Hotel was tidy and had required necessities. The hotel was definitely showing its age. It was not quite as you could hear people in other rooms / the hallway. Overall it was adequate for the price but nothing was outstanding.

I booked through Expedia with pay at property as we wanted to pay debit the day we arrived. I called to confirm we could use Mastercard for deposit and debit for room cost. Which they confirmed we could. On our way to Hinton I got an email from Expedia that Ramada tried to charge my credit card for the full room cost of $321 to which it was declined because my card only has a $300 limit. I called them once we got to grande cache where we had service and they said they are busy and need the deposit charge to hold the room. I said that’s fine. They charged the $100 deposit. We arrive 3:55 for checkin at 4.. I was charged a 2nd time for deposit upon arrival. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned. Needless to say we got a different room, rock hard bed. I’m waiting to see if the deposit charges are returned correctly or not to my credit card. I’ve stayed at a few hotels the last couple years and this is the most expensive room with the worst service I’ve experienced.

Easy and clean

The television connection kept going on and off our entire stay. The hotel is an older hotel but it was clean. It was an OK stay

Property is nice but rather expensive. Close to grocery store, Walmart and a couple restaurants. Breakfast was disappointing.

Stayed there for 2 nights with kids and wife. Everything was fine. Kids had a lot of fun at the swim pool.

Was a good stay, noisy early morning because we were right beside staff room and laundry.

The room was clean, the shower is a tub shower, not really for showering it’s a a soaker tub, and t. here are no grab bars to hold onto when you step in. and the shower taps leak and don’t work properly.

Not family friendly at all, and floors and doors don't seem to have any sound proofing. We had a 2 year old who was walking around and talking, and we got a complaint from the tenants down below, which prompted one of the staff to call to say we were noisy. And she said she could hear us at the door. Well, every door had noise coming from it from what I could tell when I walked outside, and it was noisy in the hallway even after midnight, and we had someone making walking sounds above us too but we didn't complain. Also, hot tub jets were not working, and there was scum floating around inside the hot tub that looked like blobs of snot so nobody was going anywhere near it. Also, the breakfast was very disorganized, and it was impossible to get a waffle with the long line going through a very small space in the middle of the room so my kids couldn't even eat anything. Very very poor choice for anyone needing to stay in Hinton for the night.

Typical Ramada property. Good location right beside a shopping plaza. There was some stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the towels were frayed, it was noisy and you could hear everyone going in and out of the pool. Our room was beside the employee staff room so could hear the door opening and closing many times throughout the stay. I would stay again but would ask to be farther away from the pool. It was also strange getting a call in the morning on the day of arrival saying they had to change my room type to a standard room due to a flood. At check in the desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about and my room type was not changed and she said there was no flood.

I stay here every time I visit the area and will definitely stay here again. It’s clean, the staff are all very friendly, it’s right by restaurants and grocery stores, and a quick drive to everywhere else.

I was happy with the placement of the lot. It was easy to get in and out of to get to Jasper.

Run down hotel, which is fine, but pricing should reflect run down hotel. This hotel was rated 5 stars on Expedia but is it a 2-3 star hotel. Everything looks and is run down - carpet, entire bathroom, breakfast area. We checked in late evening and staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff unfriendly and breakfast area unkept. Perimeter of hotel also very unkept ... dead plants from last season.

Overall was good. Clean, cozy, and especially good working air conditioner on these hot summer.

There were an adundance of sewer flies in the room. Coming out of the bathtub drain. Breakfast was subpar. Weeds all around the building. Very very noisy, could hear everything in hallway and above us.also jets didnt work in hot tub

Cleaning staff started moving furniture and vacuuming (for an entire hour) in unit above at 8am waking up our entire family. First morning we could all sleep in in over a month. Bugs were in the bathroom. No hot water in shower in the morning. Rate booked under Expedia was not rate we were charged.

We are a family of four (wo adults and two children). The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. There is a convenient grocery store across the street to restock for out trip.

I liked the staff. They were very helpful.
