We have stayed here a number of times, with and without our two children. The staff - all of them - seem to really take serving each and every guest well a priority. This time I accidentally booked a room without a kitchenette and the receptionist found a room WITH a kitchenette and the transfer was without any difficult. She made it sound as if I had not caused any hassle at all. The breakfast room is set up such that we were able to toast my family member's gluten-free bread easily. The room was very clean and all appliances worked well. There were two towels EACH in the bathroom. I have long hair and sufficient bath towels are a MUST. We will continue to choose Hinton Lodge on all future trips to Hinton.

I came for business. Everything was good. I asked for extra coffee for the next day and they had it in the room when I got back.
Only thing was I found the internet slow and kept shutting off in the early mornings.

I would like to see breakfast stay open longer,another hour would be nice.should be catering to the public not just to workers. Also travel coffee and tea cups! There's no lids and tiny open cups. Another than that good place to lay over.

When the elevator waz out of order they accommodate us and put us on the main floor as my hubby couldn't do the stairs

Nice spot for a one night stay. Comp breakfast was pretty mediocre. Pancakes were good though. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was decent spot. Didn’t use the hot tub or gym but I would’ve if I had time.
