We had a very nice stay and the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms are small but normal for a boutique hotel of this type…and very clean. The location is excellent near the heart of Caen and the many dining and shopping options. It is on the city’s metro line for easy transport and is even walkable from the main rail station, if you prefer. The one downside we found was that there is no a/c, so for cool air you can open the windows…which is fine except that the area can be noisy at night with traffic and other tourists out on the town. If you’re a light sleeper you may struggle. But overall we found it a very nice overall stay, well worth the money.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is dated but well maintained and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is perfectly located in the city center. We would definitely stay again.

Overall value for money with a large room and very good bed. Only issue as we were sleeping with open windows due to the heat is the kebab in front of the hotel where students are used to finish the night during weekends. So avoid summer weekends:) Otherwise perfect place to rest for 1 night on your journey

Lovely Hotel in the city centre, nice rooms, nice decor. Breakfast was good. Only downside was there was no parking at the hotel, so parked on the street. Still fine.

For the price and what you might expect from a two start hotel, its an above expectation experience. The rooms are clean and tidy, feeling in the hotel is comfortable. There is of course no large lobby or wide set of services, but you have very friendly personell, a comfortable and tidy room with a nice bathroom and bed. Everything you need for an effective stay. I can highly recommend for anyone visiting Caen, and done expect to spend the whole day in the hotel.

Central and clean.

Not a great start - selected the hotel as it had free parking but on arrival told this isn't true and the parking they did have was full. Had to leave car in local carpark which wasn't secure and had to leave before 9am. Lift was very small and only went to a floor below my room. The room was clean and bed comfortable but lighting was very poor with only very dim lights above the bed.

Very basic hotel with very bad view (a garage), smelly. However location was good and staff was nice and breakfast pretty good. Pretty low value for money overall.

Great location to discover the center but small room so good for a night but not to spend time inside. Practical otherwise but very soft bed.

Was right downtown with parking very close by, tons of things to do and see close by. The main downside was the size of the bathroom you literally had to leave the bathroom door open while sitting on the toilet because the front of the toilet was about an inch from the door.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with excellent customer service and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning if we pass through Caen again!

The room is very clean, in a good location with several opportunities to shop or explore local attractions. Good facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend for a hassle free stay. Only difficulty would be finding appropriate parking solutions if staying for longer than a day.

Cloe was awesome and answered all our questions, if she did not know she researched and assisted us in every way. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and quiet. The location was good for walking and the town and people were lovely. Only difficulty was with taxi's from the train to the hotel as there are not a lot and there was a large running event the day we landed. I would highly recommend staying here. I would have liked tea making facilities, there was no kettle, I needed to be out at 6:30 so missed breakfast at 8. So had to go out with just a drink of water. If a kettle can't be provided at least a vending machine would be useful.

Reasonably priced hotel but you could hear others, it was hot and the room constantly smelled musty. Bed and covers were comfortable.

Is a moderately priced hotel that is a good value if you are traveling on a budget. The room was clean and very quiet at night. It is located close to the Château and bus lines. There are few amenities, but if you travel lately, this hotel will switch you nicely. Thank you very much for a nice stay.

This hotel is 20minutes from the port. Unfortunately the roads around it are all closed (which would have been handy to know before we tried to attempt to get to it) We had to pay for parking in the main car park wich was a 5 minute walk. It is in a good central location. Accommodation isn’t luxurious but this is reflected in price. We had a comfortable stay although it was for one night before we took ferry home. The room it’s self was spacious and clean.

We were on the top floor so we were greatful they had a lift. Good location.

This hotel is ok - the primary reason we booked was that we had three adults and one child and needed 4 beds which this hotel has - their quad room. We stayed two nights. The room was clean and the beds were acceptable. The main issue was that the hotel staff only gave us two towels. Oversight perhaps so the second morning I inquired (in French) with the young man at the desk who assured me when the room was cleaned hey would leave 4 towels- but even with three beds in the room, again only two towels. On the plus side, the parking is easy, the hotel is convenient to the N13 and major routes to the beaches/Mont St Michel. La Napoli restaurant around the corner is NOT TO BE MISSED (not affiliated with the hotel).

This nice hotel is only a 10 or so minute walk and right in the heart of Caen. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was woth the 8 euros. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there!
