This was central of all of the prime things to see in Rome. We arrived early and were able to check in and get out to start enjoying all the sites to see.

It is in the perfect location. The only thing, which we were expecting, it was loud during the evenings. I would stay there again in my future plans when visiting Rome.

This property cannot be located in a better location! It is literally a half block from the pantheon with tons of restaurants, dining and shopping that are walkable. Most sites in Rome are walkable yet the taxi stand by the pantheon was a lifesaver as well. We cannot say more about the staff at this hotel. They helped us book all of our cars to and from the airport and the port. The rooms are not large, but they are definitely very clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very difficult to find the hotel. Once we found the check in, we were taken around the corner for our room. The place did not have any towels and the shower leaked water all over the floor. We did not have a way to contact the front desk which closed at 9:00 pm. By the time we figured out there were no towels the front desk was closed. The place was actually clean and had a very cool setup. It could have been a much better experience with a little more attention to the guest.

Excellent service and location. I would highly recommend. The shower was a bit tricky with the handle staying. We were not disappointed.

Location, location, location and EXCELLENT staff. Dennis, whom we checked in with, was personable and did everything he could to make our stay pleasurable. He carried our luggage up the stairs, assisted with transportation and gave wonderful recommendations for gelato, restaurants and sight seeing. And the breakfast he made was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, the juices tasted like he squeezed them himself. This location was an easy walk to most tourist attractions.

Our view from our balcony was beautiful! The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The staff was available and helpful for all of our needs. I would stay here again if I’m in Rome.

The location was great right in front of the Pantheon and all the staffs were kind and nice. One thing was that our room’s bathtub was clogged. The staff came right away and fixed it but it still didn’t work well. Over all it was a great stay.

We stayed for one night prior to our flight home and selected this stay for the “view of the pantheon”. Unfortunately, our room did not come with the promised view but was conveniently located next to the pantheon. The check in experience was difficult mainly because of how hard it was to find the entrance.The room was spacious but the bed had only one top sheet, no duvet or comforter. Lastly, the checkout was experience was terrible. They tried to enter our room at 830am while we were still in bed. We left at 9am to get coffee at a cafe and came back before 10:30am check out only to find our bags outside the room and our room had already been made up for next guest. Our bags were left unattended (with passports and valuables) outside the room door before we had even checked out. Overall I would not stay here again and highly recommend against it. This was the worst stay during our 15 day trip in italy out of 5 other hotels.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Had the feel of a friendly bed and breakfast in the shadow of the 2000 year old Pantheon. Literally a stones throw away from the ancient church, not to mention the countless cafes, salumeria, pizzerias, and gelaterias. Parking is almost impossible in those tight streets, but you are walking distance from EVERYTHING. Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona are 5 minutes and everything else is within a 30-45 minute walk. The room was huge and clean. My family four slept in one shared room with no complaints. 1 queen/full and 2 twin beds. Do not pass on this place. Also know that the staff are super friendly and aim to please with everything. I don’t remember if there was an elevator, but you do have at least three flights of stairs to contend with.

The employees at this property were amazing and very accommodating. One of the managers actually walked to the square to tell me that my taxi was ready. The room was ok but the AC unit did not keep the room cool enough. There was a heat wave however in all of Rome. The elevator was also not working so all luggage needed to be carried up flights of stairs. Overall, great location and quiet but really a 3 star hotel.

Superb location facing Pantheon. Very clean and spacious property. Well maintained. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it for couples and families.

This was a gem right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome! Short walking distance to most all tourist sites! Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect...they helped haul our luggage up stairs even! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will come again!!

Great location. You can see the pantheon from the hotel room. Friendly staff. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

1. Photos on Expedia- are completely deceiving. The photos makes this place looks amazing, the rooms are not as beautiful as shown. The paint is pealing off the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom. 2. The safe in the room doesn’t work. 3. I was informed one day before my arrival that there is no parking nearby. 4. I tried calling 5 times from the car rental place but not one call was answered. Even the lady from car rental place also called but no response. 5. We arrived in the center city with our rental car and desperately trying to find a parking garage. We were driving for over 30 minutes when a call came in from this place letting us know where to park for overnight and pay 28 euros. 6. Imagine after our flight and then driving to downtown, we were exhausted and had to park somewhere else and take a taxi to this place and pay 15 euros. Not only that I had to park 15 minutes away, but I had to carry heavy suitcases out from the basement of car parking to upstairs to the taxi place. 6. When we arrived, I could not believe the entrance is very bad and as you step inside the area is not clean. 7. There is only one very old and small elevator that could break anytime and person could get stuck inside and may suffer major health issues. 8. The lady who received us was very nice and greeted us well, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the situywith the rest of the place 9. This place is in the center of the town and near all the landmarks.

Wow, what great service and a nice, large apartment in the heart of Rome. I’ve stayed many places in Rome, and none can beat Residenzia del Sole al Pantheon for friendliness and convenience. Great welcome from Dennis and Sabina, plus breakfast and breakfast service were excellent. Great property and fantastic friendly staff. They all went above and beyond what was expected to ensure a quality Rome experience.

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was comfortable and clean and in a nice building. The best part of the experience was the staff. Dennis was so accommodating and helpful and since it was the end of a long trip with young children his efforts were most appreciated.

To walk outside and be gretted by the historic Pantheon was truly magical! Hotel is very Central and close to many of the Roman highlights!

Nice, central location. Dennis is lovely and can’t do enough. However, our room was close to the breakfast area so it was really noisy in the morning. Plus, there was a huge amount of light getting into our room from beneath the door, again making it hard to sleep. WiFi is terrible too, which is always cutting cutting out. Didn’t know this before booking. Otherwise, it’s a nice 3* hotel literally close to everything run by genuine and lovely people

If you are looking for a quite place a few steps from the Pantheon then consider this place. Hard to find as it is a small boutique hotel but they were very accommodating and arranged all of our transfer from the train and airport for us. Nice breakfast also.

Dennis was the BEST!! From the time we checked in until we left. He was extremely helpful. The place was near everything, Pantheon was right outside the door. The hotel was clean, we had no complaints. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

We felt extremely cheated because we specifically selected the rooms based on the images next to each apartment on Expedia. We booked a Family Room and an Executive Suite, Balcony, Annex Building. However, upon arrival, we were assigned the Family Suite, Annex Building instead of the Family room. The staff insisted that the Family Suite was indeed what we've booked but my booking confirmation states otherwise. Family Suite: The room is old and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. The floor is quite dirty so we couldn't wear barefooted. There were no room service either. The umbrella, and radiator are broken. The better part about this room is that the toilet is renovated and is pretty clean with plenty of papers and towels. Executive Suite, Balcony, Annex Building: The WiFi requires you to log in to Facebook every time and it is quite a hassle. The main door requires some special skill to open and it can take quite long to get into the apartment. The apartment looks alright... The good things about the apartments are that it is within walkable distance from most tourist sights and that Dennis was helpful with arranging for transfers and replying to messages.

Incredible view and location for seeing the sights of Rome. We had 3 nights/days there and it was a perfect spot to make everything walkable. Even on a rainy weekend it was walkable and enjoyable. We stayed in the large family suite with a view of the Pantheon that was incredible. For the size of the suite, we were surprised it didn't have a small mini kitchen area but it did have a fridge and teapot with coffee/tea supplies. :) My only suggestion would be to have enough wineglasses and teacups for 6+ people since the room sleeps 6 easily.
