A great place to stay, which is 30 minutes from downtown DC. Modern condo living while away from home, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Harry Teeter (groceries) 2 blocks away, CVS down the street. Be sure to arrange for parking ($15/day) ahead of time as it needs to be coordinated. Street parking is via ParkMobile and is hassle and you will get a ticket ($40).

It was great experience! Perfect place to stay during pandemic. We were able to relax and cook and have fun inside. Highly recommended.

We visited Bethesda, MD for medical reasons and GLS was a great option so we felt more like we were at home. Being a guest we had some questions. The front desk help was hard to find. The apartment was clean and close to food and groceries. I wish the pool would have been open.

There was an issue with parking. I was to get a parking key fob, Sunday, June 21st, but this wasn't available. I had to wait until Monday for the parking key fob to be delivered. The company Global Luxury Suites says they will reimburse me for that one night, which has not happened yet.

This location is beautiful, clean and spacious. I plan to return whenever we visit.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location was excellent for our needs. There were lots of restaurants nearby open for takeout.

Visiting grandkids, lovely specious apartment, Central location close to all. One complaint are the beds, awful mattresses both bedroom and couch. There’s a police station down street so lots of midnight sirens... The apartment building itself looks brand new and well maintained.

It is a great location. Great parking, suits are great. Very new and nice facilities.

Well, I want to start on a good note, but honestly I do not have one. May be I should say that people on the phone were good listeners!! They did answer my phone calls! But, did they solve the problems? NO! Background info: I had only booked this suite for 2 NIGHTS in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. List of problem: 1. Pre-authorized for parking for 2 nights, but did not received it. They apologized for the first night and promised to give us parking the second night and failed to do so! 2. They charged us for parking after we returned home, even after calling them and asking them not to charge. It needed me to call them again to reverse the charge. They apologized and reversed it!!! 3. Once we walked into the apartment (2 bed) it looked really nice and we felt happy! But, then when we went to sleep, we found that our bed frame was broken. So, we called them the first night at 10 pm and lodged a complaint. They said an inspector will come to check and fix this next day. We put the mattress on the floor and slept that night. 4. Next morning, we found that the dining table frame was broken. Called again and complained and again they said they will add this to the inspector’s list to check. 5. Came back home hoping to see things fixed. But, NADA. Called them and was told that inspector came and found nothing was wrong with the bed!!! BIG LIE! Nothing was touched in the room. I had left little notes on the areas of problems, none of those appear to be touched.

Amazing clean and comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Great personal and stylish suits.

There was nothing unique about the property it appeared to be a run down apartment though it was in a good location.

As someone who travels to Bethesda regularly I was delighted to find this location. I will return.

Great studio apartment with W/D and fully stocked kitchen one block from a full service grocery, restaurants and easy street parking in addition to on premises parking.

This building is full of Cockroach which made my daughter and wife freak out. When you arrive and the concierge hand you a white envelope with your room key and instruction... YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. No room service no soap refills NOTHING. No staff available in the weekend Until Monday 11am therefore you can’t signUp for parking but street parking. I end up with a parking ticket of $45. I was refused a soap from the concierge telling me to buy my own after running out

The place and view was awesome. I wold recommend this place to anyone.

The property is brand new and amazing. BUT the check in is a mess. The person at the front desk is just security and they call somebody to come check you in, so you wait for a while for somebody to come to do that. This building is full of beautiful condos and it not a hotel. We asked for an hour early check in (it is 4:00) and they said $150 extra. After coming back at 4:00 for check-in they state the room will not be ready until 6:00. So I ask if they can refund me the same $150 they were going to charge me? "call the number on your reservation" was the reply and of course no answer. The room was amazing. For what they are asking $ this system should be a LOT smoother. I love the place.

bathroom shower did not pour out water as usual at times. Other than that everything was excellent !

New and modern. Quiet neighborhood. Parking in building. Grocery 2 blocks away.

The check-in went smooth and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Really loved the fast Internet and had an issue with the tv I. The bedroom and someone came while we were out and fixed it promptly... Will stay here again our girls trip was epic the rooftop pool and grill were also a nice swing to enjoy.

First, the property was beautiful and in an amazing location. They leave you a cute little basket with a single laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, etc which was a nice touch. But for what we were paying, they really need to attend to some of the details more competently. The first issue is that they said in the ad a crib could be made available for an extra fee. However, when I asked for one, they wanted to charge $150 to rent a crib!!! You could buy one for that amount! The second issue was that the parking I paid for wasn’t set up. Thankfully there was free street parking from 9p-9a, but I was not happy with the hassle (we had a 1 year old and all his stuff with us) given the arrangements I had already already made. They didn’t fix that issue for almost 24 hours. Third, the mattress in the master bedroom was flipped on the spring side (not the pillowtop side). I’m not sure if someone just put it on the bed incorrectly, but we of course couldn’t sleep on it like that, and we were a little afraid to try to turn it over ourselves (in case it had been flipped due to a stain or whatever else). Thankfully we didn’t need the bed because our son had his pack and play, and my husband and I just slept in the other room. The next thing was that the main bathroom door doesn’t close. They never installed the hardware on the doorframe for it to latch!! Finally, there were no instructions on anything. We wound up not having time anyway, but I didn’t know where the pool was, how to dispose of my trash, etc. It would have been nice to have that information. All in all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean, new and prefect location. The lady who answer the phone is rude and unfriendly. Wish if there are more flexibility with the check out time.

Wonderful stay. Luxurious amenities. Neighborhood has a lot to offer. Close to DC and Baltimore. Plenty of parking nearby.

It was a great stay! I went to visit my daughter at American University and felt like being at home. We cooked every day and spent the time together! The parking facilities was great and very convenient since it rained every day and the parking is underground in the building. The security was excellent. Will stay again!
