Beautifully maintained and comfortable in the middle of the town. Able to walk to everywhere. Staff showed us a nearby park for hiking with fantastic views. It's on 3rd floor, so if you travel light and able to walk up stairs, it's an amazing place to stay!!

We were pleased with the room, however check in was difficult. I didn’t realize there was no front desk or self check in until we’re boarding our plane (which ended up delayed). Despite messaging with the hotel through hotels.com and advising them of our expected arrival and progress, when we got to the building there was no one to meet us to check us in. The door to the apartments was ajar, so I pushed it to see if we were supposed to just go inside and set off the alarm that woke up several guests. After that, someone arrived to let us into our rooms, and they provided a comprehensive overview of the room. They were great to interact with after that. There was also very loud music and yelling in the street below until well into the night. I think that was due to a special celebration though. Despite all of that, the room was nice, it was a good location - close to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the marina. We would stay again if we knew we would arrive in plenty of daylight and communicate effectively with them prior to arriving in Split.

A small hotel in the heart of the most beautiful pedestrian street in Split. A spacious room, with a window to the crowded pedestrian street. Close to the mall that has stores like Zara and Teznis. Close to Diocletian's Palace, the promenade and the beach. The room has 2 separate beds and pleasant and luxurious bedding. In the bathroom, liquid soap in an impressive dispenser, hair dryer and very pampering white towels. There is a minibar, kettle, tea, coffee and powdered milk. The room is decorated in a modern look and everything is new, clean and beautiful. The owner of the place, a lovely girl who helped us every day and brought an ice cube from home so that we could keep my husband's medicine at the necessary temperature. She carried our luggage up 3 floors by herself. Great hotel, highly recommend it!

Great location in old town near restaurants, shopping,etc. Very clean and spacious. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to split.

This was an outstanding place to stay and the host, Ivana was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. The only issue I have is the noise outside at night. If you stay here, definitely bring earplugs as there is a bar scene outside the accommodation that goes on late into the night. By wearing earplugs, I was able to get a good nights sleep and a very comfortable bed but without it, I would suggest you have some difficulties. Fining the place is a challenge. On the street there is a subtle green door with an even more subtle small sign up in the top left corner for the accommodation. Once you find it, you’re good to go.

The room was good. Lots of security devices to get in & leave. We didn’t see the note about stairs or no elevator in the advertisement, but, did verify that info WAS included in the ad. We would NEVER booked with the amount of stairs and lack of elevator. Our bad.

Staff were extremely helpful. Gave clear instructions to find the place and advised us on things to see and do. Room was very small but nicely renovated. We were able to leave our bags there after checking out. Lucky for us a nice young man carried our suitcases up over 70 stairs!
