The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. However, there was no remote to turn on the air conditioner, and there is no one at the service desk after 9pm to call and ask for help. Fortunately, we travel with a small portable fan, but it would have been much better if the AC could have been turned on.

Staff here was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. My only issue is they provide ear plugs… because you need them. The roadway next to this hotel is extremely noisy and you can hear the people in the room next to you. For that reason alone, I would not stay again.

Front desk staff very friendly. Overall the stay was very good. Two very small complaints; if you are at the end of the row you hear the traffic at night. However, they did provide ear plugs which was a thoughtful touch. The property is a little older but very well maintained and very clean.

Adorable hotel that had just what we needed for our stay to visit our son for the holiday! Nice and quiet. Small shower, but we’ve had worse and didn’t mind. Had a fridge, which was a plus! Recommend to any travelers to the area!

The apartment was fabulous!!! Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Grocery and eateries were within walking distance. Train station across the street and yet the area was quiet and relaxing.
The only issue was that service was non existent. Towels were changed out 1x a week, however we had to but TP ourselves. The staff was wonderful, but the people that did the repairs was seriously lacking. We had a safety issue with our bed (kept falling apart causing bruises multiple times a night {5x's!!!} for multiple nights {3 nights}). We reported it on Monday afternoon. We were told someone would be by Tuesday or Wednesday to fix it and no one showed until 9am on Friday. By that time we had made the repair ourselves. (By Wednesday afternoon we went out purchased what was needed and made the repairs ourselves).

Has anyone ever heard of a hotel withholding the air conditioning from guests??? Upon check-in, I was told a/c was not included in my price of the room. However, for a surcharge, they would provide me with the remote.
Expedia and the hotel itself needs to fully disclose this to all guests. Otherwise, it’s a bait and switch!
By the way, the rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear the highway outside the door.
Stay away from this hotel…there are others right next door that I’m sure include the air conditioning!

Booking rooms tried arrival two days late they considered us no show gave away our room needless to say they still collected our money but refused to give a room hmm so I’m leaving a bad review experience with management on phone very frustrating to speak in that tone to customer

This is a wonderful little hotel located near Ramstein and Kaiserslautern bases. The staff is super nice and helpful and made sure that I didn't need anything (I arrived rather late in the day).
The walls are a bit thin, but they provided ear plugs for everyone. The bed was SUPER comfy.

and fridge. Complementary bottle of water. Big TV, comfortable queen bed. Excellent blackout blinds. Plenty of storage. We thought it odd that the bathroom door is clear (see photo, door is closed). It wasn’t the best as far as privacy or not waking others in the morning but not a big deal. Overall a perfect stay.

Was newly renovated and the rooms were clean, functional, and working wonderfully. We also found the area and location of the hotel so convenient to Ramstein Base and all the nearby cities. We had a wonderful stay with great parking and safe environment.

This place is an amazing little property! The staff was friendly, accommodating and went over and above to make sure were had all that were needed. Will say, Germany doesn’t do US style coffee in room so bring your own machine and adapter for power. Aside from that, we loved this place and will return! Breakfast was home cooked, varied and a great way to start the day. The property is an old rose plantation that’s been converted to rooms. As a short term rental owner myself, I really appreciated the little touches of the property, the condition of it (immaculate) and its location to everything was perfect for us.
Staff speaks English and seemed to always be on the lookout to make sure needs are met. Upon checkout, we received a bag with water and apples for our journey, also met with a smile from the counter lady and a genuine care for us and our business. THIS is the way you do hospitality! Can’t say enough good things about these ladies and the property, so don’t hesitate to give it a try.

It appeared that the rooms had previously been renovated. The room looked fairly new. There were plenty of towels and they even had washclothes, which is unheard of in European hotels. The staff was very friendly. We were only here for a night so we didn't use the restaurant or any other amenities that the hotel had. The location was perfect for the places we needed to go to while there. Overall though our experience was very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

Lovely place with a great breakfast, very friendly staff, wonderful restaurant, and convenient to Landstuhl, Ramstein, and the highway. At the dead end of an access road, next to the highway. Might be noisy when windows are open since each room has earplugs!

They care about customer service here and it shows. Dinner in the restaurant was good, The grounds are nice, Great location off of the autobahn and close to the town. Only negative was the bed was a little hard for me.

We would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay, again. As always the restaurant is the best - great food (cheesecake was unbelievable; potato soup a favorite) and staff is outstanding. Our room was fantastic with a separate room for kitchenette and table and very large bedroom with our very own foyer entrance allowing us to remove our wet items before going into room.
But most of all thank you so much for accommodating our friends (and their dog) at the last minute when their flight was canceled. It made things so convenient and they were able to enjoy one last really good German meal before heading back to the US. And the thank you gift upon check-out is a very nice touch, especially the bottle of water for the drive.

I have been staying here for years and the welcome and service has always been first rate. They have different types of rooms, most being large with air conditioning and updated facilities. The only drawback might be for light sleepers as the hotel is directly on the A6, this has never been a hindrance to me as being on the autobahn is the convenience I like.
