First off couldn’t get into the unit. No one was available to let us in. Then when we finally got in it had roaches everywhere. The place was disgusting

Old building but very nice inside ! Comfortable enough. Pretty good mattress. Only down side is the bedroom wall is very thin. U can heat people talking in the other side ! So late at night might be a problem. Overall, good stay ! 👍

Property is very old needs updating the staff is nice and very helpful.. ac doesn’t work for two days almost three ac reached 81 degrees and wouldn’t drop I had to leave for the evening trying to cool off . I had to leave theWas unable to nap no ways . I’m a pancreatic cancer survivor heat is no good …also washer/ dryer was never available to obtain card in order to wash the towels or any of my sweaty clothes . Well either way you have a great opportunity because this location is very central and only 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Too bad the ac units need upgrades and windows in the bathroom do not lock not safe ( I had to put a large kitchen knife on the sill to make sure no entry ) ok thank you for listening

I did not book the cheapest unit but definitely looks like that’s what I hot. I know because I stayed there 5 times. This time I was at street level, front facing and the patio door didn’t lock, neither did the accessible bathroom window. Since the’s no safe in the units, It felt very insecure. The AC unit was leaking profusely on the dining room/living room floor - I woke up to a flood. My complaint was met with an immediate offer to switch unit. I can’t complain too much otherwise given the very competitive price and convenience in Sunny Isles. But this is basically a no frill deal one bedroom apartment. The mattresses in both unit were uncomfortably soft and springy. The stretch sofa was actually more comfortable. The pool has been repaired and is almost reopened, but it’s taken forever.

I currently live in Jacksonville, Florida. My family and I took a quick over the weekend trip to Sunny Isles Beach, where I use to live for 18 years. I favor Sunny Isles because of the convenience and access to both south and north Miami. However, I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for our stay. This rental was clean, easy to check-in and out, affordable and comfortable enough to enjoy our stay. I would certainly recommend these rentals. Thank you!

The apartment was clean and it great location with easy access to beaches and shopping/dinning. The kitchen was clean and nice even though we did not use it. Price better than a good hotel in the area, however, the quality of the building/apartment was less than an average hotel: setup inside the apartment was old with low craftsmanship and quality on wall/door fixes/patches. Bugs/pets were in the bathroom.

An exceptional stay at Sunny Isles Apartments! The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the grocery store and the stunning beach. Fair price but you get what you pay for. Negatives: Rather run down. Cheaply decorated and furnished (think Dollar Store supplied). Supervisor entered our suite unannounced without knocking while we were inside shortly after check in. Lots of restrictions such as no portable sound devices to be used including phones for music even though the apartment block is noisy. Positives: Good location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Decent cable options.

Please put the correct picture of property and name of property instead of putting picture of some other property. This property did not match the description and under renovation. Upgrade work is going on lots of noise. Not provided the comforter and bedding for sofa bed.

Great place to stay, very clean and centric! Only negative is that the bed is not too comfortable and the pillows are very thin so just take your own. Also you can definitely hear everything that goes on, on the outside of the building which is something that they can’t control but that didn’t bother us since we were out and about. We will definitely stay here again!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with MIA rentals that made it impossible for me to even stay at the property. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the inadequate lighting around the premises. It was so poor that I couldn't locate my room number, which was not only frustrating but also raised concerns about safety and accessibility. To make matters worse, when I attempted to seek assistance, I found that there was absolutely no one available to call for help after 10pm. This lack of support and the fundamental issue with the lighting made it impossible for me to stay at the hotel. This experience was not only inconvenient but also left me feeling stranded and unsupported by the hotel management. I hope this feedback prompts the hotel to make necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. I ended up paying double, staying at a nearby Marriott instead.

This property is so old and outdated and should not be rented unless they make major changes. The windows don’t close, the AC is on 24/7 and can’t get the room to cool down below 78 which makes the apartment super smelly and we believe there was mold in the living room wall which is also the sleeping room wall. Will definitely not recommend staying here. I can’t believe Expedia would list something in this condition. Very disappointed especially for that price.
