Rooms were clean and updated. One block walk to the lake. Breakfast was table service with cheese omelette, toast, hash browns and beverages.

We were looking for a nice place to stay in for the nights, during the days we would just be outside. This place was perfect for this purpose, comfortable beds, clean and quiet, breakfast was good enough to start your day, and location was what we were looking for (not too close and not too far from downtown). We would come back again for sure.

Staff were helpful. Great location with everything in walking distance. The room had a few bugs on the floor. But nothing in the beds. Not something to worry about. Everyone has bugs in their houses. Attached restaurants were great! But table was sticky. I would definitely go back again.

We were unfortuntely underwhelmed by this property. Everything felt "damp". The floors, the bedding. The tap water STUNK which made it very challenging to want to brush teeth or wash faces. The food at the breakfast buffet was fine, but not the best I have seen.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient for the affordable price point, so it worked well for a quick weekend trip away. Staff were friendly and professional!

The hotel count only on the location in slave lake. service and hotel condition not proportional to price. Also. A lot of rules written that makes you feel not welcomed there see picture attached ( don’t think these rules are in all days inn)

The only bad thing we had to say about the room was the air conditioning cutting in all night it was so loud, but the room was small so understandable I guess

Terrible stay. Noisy by the train tracks AND car wash. Nothing done to mitigate these disruptions. Bathroom was so dirty! We slept on top of the bed.

An average little hotel but pretty expensive for what you get. I’ve stayed at the best western right across from the beach and it wasn’t as much as this place and also has a pool. Same time of the year and everything. It’s a far walk from anything along lakeshore drive so be prepared to have to drive and park. The parking lot is also very small. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an elevator. At least from what I can see. The rooms are really small and the hotel itself is pretty dated. The breakfast the next morning was good and very large portions. The staff also didn't seem very friendly. A man cleaning windows on one of the entrances yelled at me to go through a different door and made me walk down a flight of stairs with bags. The man who checked us in made us feel like we were a burden or something. I appreciate the coffee in the room but everywhere else I’ve stayed always includes coffee mate and sugar. Beds are really comfortable but super high off the ground so can be a little worrisome when you also have kids sleeping in those beds.

The room was small. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not a choise, you got sausage and scrambled eggs. The ladies don' t eat that stuff. Need to have a selection for the breakfast. No kleenex in the room and the TP was one ply. 😆 All in all staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet , bed was comfy.

Our room was small, breakfast was handed to you on a plate with no choices - unless you specifically wanted to omit something. I think they had everything precooked in the back and just loaded it up when you got to breakfast, had it been fresh cooked eggs and hottoast it might not have been bad. We stayed one night and canceled the rest of our booking - they do charge a fee.

Clean property, nice staff, comfortable beds

This is our first time to live in this hotel at Sylvan Lake ( we had stayed in other hotels before). This hotel enjoys a great location. You can easily walk to the lake park and beach. There are also oil stations and restaurants nearby. It is easy to park your vehicle. The staff are helpful and friendly. The environment is basically clean. Some services could be further improved. 1. There is no elevator service. If you have heavy luggage, you need to help yourself. 2. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. 3. The breakfast, which should be an attractive feature to the visitors, is, well, very limited. However, considering it is a budget hotel in the beach area, it is “acceptable”.

The housekeeping service was not we are used to. We stayed 2 days. The bed was not made up after day one and we didn’t receive towel sets for 2. Bathmat was removed and not replaced

It was a great exprience staying at Days Inn. My Husband and I stayed for a night while visitng for a friend's wedding. Our stay was super comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast which was amazing. I love a good hot breakfast!

Sadly this hotel was very run down. Our fridge didn’t work and our food spoiled. There was no elevator so we had to pack everything to the third floor. Room was so small the doors banged into everything.

Good rate for a Sunday overnight, just for resting or sleeping.

Our stay in general was so-so. Our room was extremely small on the first floor. The window facing a car wash which was just a couple meters away and that view made the stay even more gloomy. Possibly we got our placement on the first floor and in that gloomy room because we booked our stay through Hotels.com? Some of our acquaintances who stay on the second floor and above seems were more exited about their accommodations. The breakfast - below the average with very limited items. The staff is friendly.
