The location of the property was the greatest thing about it. Very old /dated, but clean. The bed was the worst, our backs hurt in the morning.friendly staff.

Great place older however one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, right on main drag so a quick walk and everything is close.

A bit old, but it was a great location (walkable to the beach). Good steak house right next door too. Property could use some upgrading forsure but the kitchenette was great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were helpful on taking our luggage to our room and helping us to change to a better room than we originally had. When I booked on Expedia I had the choice of one queen standard smoking room or for more money a one bedroom suite. I booked the one bedroom suite and received the studio smoking room. Expedia sent me an email saying they had booked a studio suite with one queen bed but I didn't notice the change. Will think twice before ever using Expedia again.

It is an older hotel, but the kitchenette in our suite was handy, the a/c worked well, and we were a block walk to the Aquasplash Wibit, which was great. Left stuff out to dry in front of our room door on a beach wagon and didn’t have to worry about it. And the complimentary BBQs, though some looked tired, were convenient for us to use. And picnic tables were a nice touch as well

Shower/tub faucet not working properly and tub not draining. Baseboards missing. Hot as heck when we arrived and took ac a while to kick in. Windows have no screen if you choose to open them. Kitchenette and bathroom needs an update, looks like it’s from the 80s still. Was the only place left to book and stay at for one night. No pool or breakfast at this place. Would not stay again.

This property is extremely old. Kitchenette was out of the 1970’s. First room smelled and had a toilet leak. 2nd room smelled. Had to leave bathroom fan on at all times. There was a burn hole in bedding.
