We stayed in a loft room which was a little difficult to go up and down the stairs. The bed was very comfortable and the entire space was very clean and beautiful. The last two days the toilet had a few issues and we had to fix it every time we flushed the toilet. Overall a good stay because we like the area, but I would not get a lift room again.

Air conditioning did not work. They sent a technician and never fixed it. After his visit it stopped working completely.

I stayed at the Fontabella Hotel and I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was spacious and nice. The view from the terrace was amazing, you could see the whole city. The hotel is in a central location, which is great. It has become my favorite place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

the rooms are high, i booked a loft room which had a complete living / dining/ kitchen area downstairs and a bedroom upstairs, hotel is located inside a dining and shopping plaza which is very convenient

Really fantastic stay. Rooms were very nice with lots of storage and a pull out sofa bed. Everything was pretty clean, very safe, and quiet at night. Bed was really nice. I was surprised this was one of the more affordable locations to stay that was very nice.

We loved everything about this property especially the people in the front desk. We would like to thank Sofia Perez for her special way in treating us and her welcoming manner.
The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views of the city.
One thing that we are not used to is the noise from some of the nearby bars, but that is something we knew would happen because of the area we were in. It is well worth the bit of inconvenience, though.

This hotel was amazing! The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, a beautiful living room and an extremely comfortable bed. It was so spacious and had access to an outdoor patio. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the staff and everyone involved at the hotel. I loved the ease with which we could go down the elevator and be in the action of all the stores, restaurants, etc that Fontabella has to offer. We walked everywhere including the best mall Oakland Mall. Our stay was the best one yet in Guatemala City. We visit at least once a year sometimes twice a year. We will be staying there again in the future.

My experience, suite 306 noise the AC compressor is right outside of the room so is very noise specially at night, no hot water for the for 2 days but they fixed, people at the hotel are very friendly make feel good all the time. is very nice area and and very safe to walk around

Great room, amazing location, bad service at check-in. The recepcionist wasnt able to find our reservation and was very rude and unhelpful, he acted as if we were bothering him. Fortunately we called hotels.com and everything was resolved.

They gave us a regular room instead of the upgraded loft we booked and paid for. The worst part was we didn’t find out until we got to our room and I realized it. When I very kindly communicated this to them they said our loft wasn’t ready due to a maintenance issue. They lacked to communicate this upon check in. Beware this hotel charges you for everything- including coffee pods, water and any snacks!

Hotel room was clean spacious. However, I think if you have 2 people staying in a room you should be given 2 bath cloths for the guest, we were only given one.

No pool. They asked my registered guest if she was a visitor twice. Had they checked there system they would know she was a registered guest. Seemed a little racist to me. I did not see or hear of any Expedia vip promotions! They did not assist me with my luggage on the way out.
