Casamar Suites perfectly captures the chilled vibe of Puerto Escondido! From the moment I arrived, I was met with the warmest of smiles from Indra. I hadn't eaten all day and arrived late in the afternoon. I was a bit too exhausted to try and look for food, and Indra came to the rescue by finding a local restaurant that delivered. All of the concierge staff were above and beyond responsive and helpful. Checking on me daily and offering to get anything I needed. I had the Coco room and it was magical! Having a private terrace, a clean and comfortable hammock, and an amazing view of the beach was good for the soul. The room is perfect for a weeks' stay and the only setback is you may never want to leave Casamar or your terrace! The owners (Don Wil & Ted) and the manager (Luis) go out of their way to meet all of the guests. On Tuesdays they host a meet and greet dinner o bring all of the guests together. I did not want for anything, and will definitely return, and highly recommend! The kitchen "moms" made excellent breakfasts and lunches, it was nice to wake up to free café and have a filling breakfast to start the day. The pool is not heavily chlorinated which was a huge plus! AND, they offer FREE yoga every morning as well as water aerobics in the afternoon. Rosario was a great teacher, and also gave me the most relaxing, full body massage that had me floating out the door. There are tons of places to stay in PE, but if you are looking for a low-key magical week -

This is our 2nd year in a row coming here. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Our room (Hibsicus) was perfect as it had AC, ceiling fans and standing fan. Small kitchen with a bar island. It has a refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, pots, pans and utensils. We had a nice outside patio with a table. The pool was steps from our room and is opened until 10pm and is well lit at night. They have a free meet and greet with a delicious meal and we met the owner Will. You can see the beach from the hotel. Its just a short walk to the beach or go the opposite way to the strip. The staff was helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Was disappointed no hot water for showers. No complimentary coffee in the mornings and if you do get it it will cost you more than on the strip. No t.v.

The property was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and for a great price. The A/C in the unit was great. The only detail is that our room had a strange (like humid rug) smell although it all was super clean.

You're not just a guest here you're treated like family. I was fortunate to be here during a Meet & Greet event. Good food and conversation in multiple languages. Will definitely go back.

We've been to PE before and when we decided to come back we found Casamar online and decided to give it a try.
We were not disappointed. So much so that we've booked again for next year.
The property is a real gem, self-contained and immaculately kept. Most units have kitchens and outdoor spaces.
There is an on-site restaurant, a spa, yoga and aquafit as well as 24hr staff.
PE is a great town with lot to do and see, but Puerta Zicatela is even better. Don't miss the whale/dolphin trips.

The team here has it dialed in. Excellent facility, thoughtfully appointed, an oasis as La Punta grows and changes. They had beach umbellas and towels for complimentary checkout, as well as an awesome am yoga class daily (ours was taught by Andy). Would stay again.

I regret only having a short stay here. Behind the gate is peace and tranquility. The market, places to eat and beach are all close by.

Beautiful landscape and artwork , I loved the pool and our suite was very charming. Hugely helpful was the 5 gallon water jug in the room. The staff was wonderful and arranged massages for us and a taxi to the airport. The restaurant was great as well! I would happily stay there again!

Everything you need for a perfect stay in Brisas de Zicatela / Puerto Escondido! Great, safe, walkable location, beautiful pool, nice AC and fans in room, huge bathroom, and two porches!

The pool is eco freindly and they do not use any chlorine which resulted in the pool being very slimmy on the bottom.

Wonderful place to stay. AMAZING Yoga classes at 9am every morning made this stay even better than I could’ve imagined. Very family friendly. Beautiful scenery, amazing staff, the food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS. Nice pool, very traditional Mexican decor. The beds were a little firm but we like softer beds. Very basic is done everyday (garbage’s replaced at minimum). We switched rooms twice and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Communal dinner on Tuesday nights for all the guests is a great bonus. Loved our stay here. Would definitely return.

We fully enjoyed our experience at Casamar. Staff was polite, attentive, and the area was safe. Mar and Elisa and Luis were great, the morning yoga was a plus, and tours and transportation were always available to us. We highly recommend a stay there! :)

They did not clean the washroom just change towels and took the garbage out, also they charge us more than 100 dollars for stay up to 3 pm during a very humid and hot day because our fly was at 5.30 and also they charge us for two botles of water

CasaMar was our favorite place in Puerto! I can highly recommend the place due to excellent service, clean facilities and peaceful atmosphere. We needed to stay longer because my son got sick and they went above and beyond to accommodate us.

This is a really cute property. The pool area and garden are very nice. All rooms have kitchens. There is also a kitchen/bar area by the pool where they serve breakfast and lunch. The Chef is wonderful. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. Free yoga classes. Also dance classes, fitness and water aerobics for a small fee. Short walk to many restaurants and bars.
Would highly recommend.
