It's a quiet oasis in the middle of noisey Mykonos

Goood

Clean, big and beautiful. The rooms had everything from utensils to water heaters to a beautiful balcony. The washroom was also big. The location is at the heart of the town and close to the busy main street. People were helpful as we were able to store our luggage way past our check-out time and explore the city

the rooms condition was poor: smelly, a bit dirty, shower head totally soiled, the shower faucet almost fell of the wall, discolored toilet seat, you hear everything trough the walls (Mykonos is a party town, really loud music till really late), only good thing is the location

Starting from the receptionist giving us the room for 2 and an additional child bed for the third adult, to literally rudely talking down to us every time. Save your money and get some place else. Definitely will NOT RECOMMEND.

Great location

The bathroom was not clean at all. There was mold all over the shower head. It needs major remodeling. Besides that, the hotel will get the job done if you want to be centrally located. You can hear the busy nightlife all night until the morning but that is not a surprise for the location and it didn’t bother us too much.

If you are looking for a quaint little place to stay with gardens and trees right in the heart of Mykonos this is your place. Super clean, very pretty, close to everything in the town and great friendly staff.

Excellent place

The hotel is perfect . The only problem is that we were 3 adults and the third bed was no comfortable at all for an adult. After manies go and forward with hotel Expedia. They fixe it. And bathroom was liquid a lot of water. The cleaning later was very nice.

The stay was great!!! Jenny was amazing in organizing everything that we need it.Very Helpful and Skilled. Very much recommended. The place and location was great as well.Very central and beautiful.

The good are: friendly staff, the best breakfast buffet I ever get in Greece, location is awesome can’t be any better if you want to save money and party right there at the little Venice, walking distance to everything but they have another one call The Fresh hotel is looking much better condition The bad are: dripping water to shower, the stairs to go up to the bedroom from the kitchen floor was so small . I’m only 100 pounds and found it hard to go upstairs, super small bathroom . Everything is so tight. The worst condition hotel we got in the entire trip.

Nicely hidden away from the outside world with an abundance of fauna. Buffet breakfast was amazing and well worth the cost. Jenny was very informative and helpful, a pity I only was there for two nights.

Our stay was very pleasant. Very nice hotel courtyard. Lots of trees, plants and flowers. Walkway into the hotel was nice.

Really small apartment, but in heart of Chora city. Big outdoor area was a huge advantage. Cheap considering prices in Mikonos.

The hotel is really well located and everything was fine with the room. The check in was good, with a really nice reception. We were asked to leave the room earlier than the time of checkout but other than that I had a great stay.

The room smelled like old food cooking. As if previous guests cooked a lot and it needed a long time to air out. It overlooks a cemetery/junk yard. I would say, spend the few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

excellent price and cozzy appartment, the recepcionist was really friendly, she recommended me places to go to and she booked a taxi to drive me to the port.

The room itself was large and spacious and well equipped. The setting is beautiful with lots of plants and it’s hard to believe you are in the centre of the town. The cleanliness let it down, the bathroom held mould and was poorly ventilated so that the room unfortunately felt damp all the time, even with all the doors and windows open to ventilate. I think because it was end of the season as well it showed signs of wear as there were dirty hand prints on the walls and the top blankets were stained, thankfully the sheets were spotless. I also think the cleaning was excessive with no way of asking them not to enter, there was really no need to change all the towels everyday and it would have been nice to have the option not too. It was also quite noisy as all the rooms overlook each other, can imagine in the summer it would be extremely loud all round. The staff were wonderful though and I enjoyed the stay overall.

Amazingly good breakfast, good location, room is so so, bathroom was bad. Morning receptionist is good.

Free pick up and drop from port and airport for people staying beyond 1 day, excellent location- every attraction is at a short walkable distance. And I must mention Ms Jenny- she was so very kind, polite and hospitable. She even upgraded our room to an apartment , seeing that we had big luggages. The apartment was big and very beautiful. The stay exceeded my expectations.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After arriving late (around 11:30) due to a cancelled ferry I drug my luggage through the town in search of the hotel (cars aren’t allow in that area so I can’t hold that against them). When I finally arrived there was no one there. I called the emergency line 3 times and finally reached someone. A man walked me to my room and told me I had been upgraded, he said that’s all he knew and I should stop by the front desk. I was given an apt a three beds (not needed as I was traveling alone). In the morning I went to the desk and was told I needed to pack my things and vacate the room because that was a room for a family, however my room wasn’t ready. So now not only do I have to repack my things and move but I have no where to go. There was no apology, in fact I was blamed for this because I arrived late. I prepaid for 2 nights, there is no excuse for this. I should most definitely have been compensated in some way but I knew that was never going to happen. The staff was not very helpful. When I left I had to search for my driver, I got lost and called the hotel for help. The woman was extremely rude to me. She threatened to cancel my ride because and actually made me cry. As you can see from my account I book on hotels.com quite a bit. I hope that this review is taken into consideration and that other guests are warned before booking here.

Beautiful Property with an authentic Greek feel. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi never worked and they need to be clearer about where to go to check in. If we hadnt contacted them before we got there we would still be wondering around looking for them. The staff at Fresh were great and the breakfast was nice.

Villa Pinelopi is tucked away in the alleys of Mykonos. When we got there we were directed to go to Fresh Boutique Hotel to collect keys. It would have been better to let us know from the start instead of dragging heavy baggage back and forth. That said, you couldn't have asked for a more pleasant location, tucked away in a riotous growth of flowers. Room was spacious with kitchenette, and we sunned our laundry on an adjacent roof.

Lovely gardens in a very secluded area right into town. Rooms are cozy and clean. The lady is superb. You may need to check in in another hotel very near by. Simple yet very comfortable. Nights may be a bit noisy.

The pictures are deceiving. The room had about 2' of space around the entire bed, barely enough room put your luggage on the floor. You must step in the shower to close the door to the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all. One small, flat pillow per person, I used the extra blanket to increase the pillow size. The balcony was about 2.5' wide. Pluses: the staff at the reception area (of another hotel) were friendly & helpful. The A/C was great, fully equipped kitchen area with 2 burner hot plate. This was basically a "private" hostel.
