t was a wonderful choice that I made, as I was pleasantly surprised by its staff: welcoming, attentive, polite and very friendly. I am especially grateful to Don José, head of the restoration area. The breakfast was very good, the food excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. The location of the hotel could not be better, as it is a few steps from the Basilica and the Chapel of the Apparitions. For my next visit to Fatima, I will definitely stay at Consolata again. For all these considerations, I strongly recommend it. Thank you Hotel Consolata.

Amazing staff and very clean hotel, close to the Sanctuary. Beds were very uncomfortable in the triple room.

This our second time we love this property

The hotel was beautiful and clean. We arrived early so they stored our luggage for us so we could start exploring. Our room had a perfect view of the basilica. The staff were very helpful and gracious.

The cleanliness is immaculate, the staff efficient, and the service superb. Not to mention the nice breakfast. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel at a fair price. The rooms are a little small, but it was only for one night so it wasn't a big deal. I would stay here again for a short stay.

The hotel was only 3 mins walk from the Fatima Sanctuary and was very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The in-house priest was very helpful. Thank you very much for a great stay. Keep up the good work.

Beds were somewhat hard but apart from that everything else was first rate.

We had a great time in Consolata hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did appreciate Tania in the restaurant for so kind and helpful to explain the menu to us. She is so welcoming every morning when we have breakfast. The location is so close to Sanctuary of our Lady Fatima which we really enjoyed.

The photos of the room are not accurate. We paid for a room with a view of the sanctuary and got a room of the parking lot. I express my discontent with that room at the front desk then got changed to another if I want see the sanctuary I would have to step away from the room. Overran location and free parking was fine but the rooms are very small.

This was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Fatima. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave before the breakfast that was included in our hotel price, so we let the staff know and they made sure that we had breakfast boxes to take with us. It was an apple, juice, bread with ham and bread with cheese. It was delicious and very nice because my mom has to have food to take her medicine. We also asked the staff the night before leaving to call a taxi for us, and the taxi driver was there at exactly the time we needed to be taken to the bus station. The room was good sized and very clean. We could see the basilica from our window if we slightly leaned out and looked to the left...what a beautiful sight! I don’t know if the basilica is visible from all the rooms. The glass door to the bathroom is a little heavy. My mom had a little trouble with it, but not so much trouble that would require us to push it open for her. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the sanctuary. We were there on September 13th, 2019. The candlelight procession was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever able to visit Fatima again, I will definitely stay there again!

Was difficult to understand some staff members who worked in the buffet area as they could not speak a word of English, other than that everything was excellent.

Being close, 5 min walk to sanctuary, very clean and quiet. Only complain would be lack of kettle in the room(should be standard nowadays)and coldness at night. Couldn't adjust temperature. Other than that would definitely recommend.
