I booked Daisy suite because I have young kids and I want to be close to the kids area.. they booked me to Eden and its too late for me to realized this is far for us. It’s supposed to be more expensive room but does not feel like it. If I have known that our room in Eden will be much older room and no views, I should have keep my original booking. Overall the service and food is good and you got what you pay for. If you like beach, there’s not really a place to lounge in the beach area.. the shore is not that great but again, there’s plenty of other things to do in the resort. So it really depends whats important for you on your vacation

Over all we had great time, however the drinks were Very water down there for they didn’t take good.

I promise I’m not just being a “Karen”, just want to give an honest review to save future travelers from wasting their hard earned money: The food here was absolutely terrible, I wouldnt even give it a homeless person. They had one restaurant (the Japanese themed one) that was decent, but the rest was almost inedible. The drinks were incredibly watered down, which is understandable at an all-inclusive, but they weren’t very tasty either. Everywhere you walked had a weird/stinky smell. The pools close at 8pm before the sun even set (even in the middle of summer when we went in August, the hottest time of year with lovely warm nights when you would want to enjoy a night swim) and the swim up bars closed even earlier at 6pm (actually 545pm bc they wanted to get a head start on cleaning up 🙄). Even the hours of the other bars/restaurants, entertainment and other amenities were very confusing and not well advertised so we missed out on things bc we had no idea when they were happening or when they were open or closed. Most of the staff were friendly but there were definitely a few that were rude and unaccomodating. Overall I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere as I am sure there are better options.

The overall facilities was good and convenient to both kids and adults, the transportation around the property is a plus and always available, restaurant options was good and the food was good aswell. We waited two hoyrs for a room service order, one thst they told us will arrive in 45 mins, we didnt want the food no more because it was way too late. I didnt like how thw tour desk told us that the tour was two hours when it was an all day tour, because tbey wanted us to stay out and spend money at particular locations.

everything was great not happy with the expedia full refundable policy, it gave us a lot of problems trying to get a traveler off the trip that was refundable !!!

Our assigned room was on the first floor, we told them my mom is afraid of bugs and insects. They did their best and upgraded us to a beautiful ocean view 2 story suite with a terrace and hot tub. We had an amazing and comfortable stay.

Definitely nice but I would say I am very disappointed in the food… the food is probably what I liked the least.

I recommend that more employees are needed in the restaurants, the service is terrible and it is the lack of staff and the few that there are look tired due to overwork, it doesn't seem fair to them and. for guests. More activities and less vulgar reggaeton, food needs more variety, the same thing every day. Specialty restaurants need to improve quality. The excellent treatment and the hotel, the incredible concept.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that the evening entertainment needs to be indoors due to the humidity. Staff were nice, and we got good value for our money.

There were a lot of activities for families, couples, singles you name it. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Very hard working staff, clean rooms. But everything is very dated and needs major renovation or replacement. We had a serious stomach problems after eating in one of their restaurants. The beach is dirty and you can’t use it. There is a lot of walking from your room to the restaurants, beach or the main lobby. You have to take a train to commute around the resort.

Adults smoking and drinking right next to kids swimming pool. Wi-Fi sucks, staff tries to sell you membership all the time, shuttle from Mexico Travel Solution forgot to pick us up to take to airport, had to call for a cab. Our luggage did not get picked up on time. Avoid this place.

What I didn't like was the schedule of the services in the pool, it starts very late and ends very early, just like breakfast is very late for people who go on excursions outside the hotel.

Super friendly staff

We travel here for family vacations, I chose this hotel because had many options for our six yo boy, they had a great kids pool, bowling, an arcade, the beach was fine, also you could see animals on the property, for adults there were many choices too, bars, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly very attentive. We stayed at a junior suite, was very spacious and confortable.Overall we had a great experience would definetely recommend.

Loved all the options of things to do. Hooka bar, lounges, pools, the beach was great. We had a swim up suite which I recommend that was amazing
