Lovely hotel, huge room, great attentive staff, great bar. The negative for me was that Breakfast was incredibly expensive for what it was (small bacon sandwich and some mixed fruit) also options were very limited I had expected a better offering for the quality of the hotel and given the price per night breakfast should have been included at the quality level I experienced.

Came to see a football game and stayed at this hotel. Very beautiful and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at North, by Hotel Covington. The room was very nicely done ( though the view of the parking garage was not great). The staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely return.

We had trouble with our door not opening. After several attempts to fix the problem the staff had to force it open. They were extremely apologetic and upgraded our room. It was a situation beyond their control and they did everything they could to make it right. We will be staying here again.

Very unique hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and restaurant on site and well as many dining options outside the hotel.
Parking fee was unnecessary but is my only negative comment about the place.

The hotel is a great spot in a city that is coming to life all around. Great staff and service. Rooms were comfortable and access was easy. The self park in the city lot was a little clunky by having to pay every entry and exit. Otherwise, great stay!

Hotel Covington is way above our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, stylish and elegant. The room is brand new and very spacious- equipped with a nice coffee machine, microwave and full sizes fridge. The towels are plush and soft. The bedding are luxurious and comfortable. It is safe and quiet. Self parking garage is next door for $12 per night. Would definitely stay here if we are ever back to Cincy. All staff are friendly helpful and pleasant. Five stars all the way

We had a little issue with the door not unlocking and they got us into a new room right away so we could hurry and get to our concert.

It was a really nice property but the door was so thin we could hear everything in the hallway. The shower door leaked on the side and underneath. Tv also has minimal options and no streaming services. We requested a late checkout and were told we would be charged half a nights stay to do so- never had that response before from any hotel. It was a great room and hotel otherwise but just a few things to keep in mind for staying here.

Wonderful surprise! With 150 rooms it somehow still maintains its ultra cool bourbon inspired boutique feel. Rooms are large and sexy. Hotel lobby has great craft contact menu and even bourbon options for the true fanatic…like Pappy VanWinkle. The newly renovated attached building had live music. The icing on the cake for us was the airport service. In the hotels private Mercedes, they both dropped off and picked up from the airport. No waiting for a hotel shuttle. This was a high end service they offered with a smile. We will definitely be back, with friends!

This was our third time staying at the Hotel Covington and as before, it was wonderful! We love the uniqueness of the hotel, proximity to restaurants, breweries and sports venues and highlights of the area in general. We would highly recommend it to any traveler!

I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was beautiful & the staff was extremely friendly. My problem was with their valet. I checked my luxury car into valet in perfect condition, after an overnight stay I had my car returned & the gear shift was just hanging. Anybody that has ever driven the newer Cadillac knows that the gear shift is a little complicated. The valet broke it & I complained, spoke to General Manager & his compensation suggested was I can give you a very nice rate on another night’s stay so you can take vehicle to a shop to Have a pleasant day. Thank you Tamy(your Uber delivery driver). repaired. I told him that was not possible, I was in town for the festival & had to be back home in Wisconsin that evening. He basically told me well he wasn’t going to be responsible for anything that happened while I drove back because he made a suggestion & drive safe. I was speechless.

Hotel Covington is BEAUTIFUL! Lobby was cozy and great bar. Great area. We would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfortable.

This is our second time staying here on our way ti Nashville and it doesn’t disappoint.
Food is great and service is great. The room is also great -bathroom is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.

One night stay with my wife for her birthday. Everything was excellent!! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! Everything from service desk to valet to restaurant/bar to shuttle service - outstanding!! So glad I decided on this place for our stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

This hotel was beautiful. They have a great bar with nice cocktail choice. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. It's a great location and easy to walk to local restaurants and bars. The staff was great.

Spent one night while passing through on a road trip. Staff was very nice but seemed like they were all doing too much (same ppl checking in and valeting cars). Hotel itself was very pretty although not as many common spaces as what seemed to be portrayed in the photos. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Surrounding area was under heavy construction and a lot of sidewalks were blocked off but we walked to a cute nearby neighborhood and ate dinner across the street (which was very good!) Found a great coffee shop nearby too. Not quite as much to do as we were expecting but was fine for the night. Hotels.com said we got $15 food credit which I asked about- staff said it was a coupon but they were out of the coupons so we didn’t get it. No biggie though. Overall it served its purpose for one night.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price point. As a frequent traveler I must say this hotel offers pristine clean room with upto date techonology making your stay very relaxing. Great bed. Will def recommend
