Superb stay, can’t fault it. Room was excellent, very clean and great with a separate lounge area. Host was superb throughout. Location excellent, it is in the old town easy to walk everywhere.

Charming property literally within steps of Ponte Pietra, arguably prettiest section of Verna. Owner Ivano and his staff really works hard to make guest stay as good as it can be. All furniture and fixtures are clean and functional. Elevator is quite functional. Parking was easy and breakfast was very good. Less than 15 minutes to Arena for opera made it an ideal place for us. Grazie!

For anyone traveling to Verona, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! The owner Ivano makes you feel welcomed from the first moment you walk through the door. He and his staff really want to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible. Everything about this hotel screams HOSPITALITY!!!! The hotel is located in the historical district, which is very clean and quaint. There are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance. Our hotel room was immaculate!!! Cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT to us, and our room was EXTREMELY CLEAN. We had a beautiful sitting room right outside our bedroom. Our bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space to hang our clothes. The bathroom was modern with a fairly large shower and plenty of hot water. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. There really are not enough good words we can say about our stay. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!! If we could give it 10 stars, we would!

We really loved the property because of the location. It is located just far enough away from Centro but has great access right at the Roman bridge. Ivano and staff were very helpful. There was plenty of space in our apartment to relax. Highly recommened to stay here.

The hotel deserves more than 5 star! The owner personally takes care of the guests, ensuring a best-in-class service. From the outside one cannot tell how nice the interior is. Our room was large (there were actually 2 rooms interconnected) and had amenities that I did not find in 3-star hotels before. Location is exceptional. I'll definitely stay there again on my next visit to Verona.

Such a wonderful stay for my wife and I. Olga was amazing and the place was personalized and flexible with us. Location is a little north of main city so not so crowded but has a lot of amazing restaurants literally around the corner. The cherry on top was the spa bathtub in our room. Great after a long day of walking.

Relais a Ponte Pietra is a real jewel in an outstanding location, with several very good restaurants just steps away. We received a warm and friendly reception from Magda, who very kindly accommodated our schedule and provided us with lots of useful information. The room itself was palatial and immaculate and offered views on three sides. Communication with Ivan prior to our arrival and after check in was flawless. A great find!

We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.

The bathroom flooded unbelievably and you can tell the staff knows of the problem - and couldn’t care. The earliest check out of any hotel I’ve ever been in - and they made sure you were done by 10am

Our 2 nights at Relais a Ponte Pietra were fantastic and all too short. Verona is a lovely smaller city and we safely walked around all parts of the old city without concern. The property managers made every effort for our comfort and helped to call a taxi for easy transfer to the train station and trip to Venice. We’ll be back!

The location was excellent, and the hosts were accommodating and informative. The in-room breakfast was very good for Italy (fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, yogurt and granola, and a small sandwich). It was a bit difficult to drive to using Google Maps and Apple Maps, as you must enter by crossing the Garibaldi bridge or you will get lost in a maze of one-way streets and pedestrian traffic. However, once you are in, you are walking distance to mosts everything in Verona. Free Parking is about 350M away from the Relais, which was about a 5-minute gentle uphill walk. We highly recommend this property, and would happily stay here again!

The location is stellar and the rooms huge--though a bit dated. The real star is Ivano, who is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he marked up a map of all of Verona to help us explore and see all the sights in one afternoon!

Ivano, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He gave us a full introduction to the hotel and the wonderful top-floor suite, plus he recommended a route to see a number of key sites and views which was most helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the fruit salad, granola and yogurt. The internal lift meant minimal stairs, which was very useful for us. All in all, a brilliant holiday and we can thoroughly recommend the Relais A Ponte Pietra.

Relais a Ponte Petra was so beautiful, we stayed in the Suite and it is immaculate. Located in the heart of all the attractions. Ivano provided such an amazing service, with a beautiful breakfast in the morning. We wished we stayed in Verona for longer. Will be coming back to stay here when in town again!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The hospitality Ivano showed was amazing! The room (suite) is beautifully appointed and spacious! The breakfast was fantastic as well... exactly what one needs before starting the day's activities. The location is perfect... walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. And don't worry about parking. It is provided right in front of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here.
