The room too hot and no air circulation

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel two years ago and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to return this time. Unfortunately, during this recent stay, I encountered several issues, not due to the hotel, but because of Expedia's poor customer service. To my surprise, it was the hotel staff who stepped in and provided exceptional assistance.The staff here clearly take great pride in their work and consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests have a positive experience.Thank you for your outstanding service.

For not being in a very central location this hotel compensated by its boutique feel, very comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff and safe and walkable areas around with plenty of great and affordable dinning options!

They DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM UPGRADE program, that is a false publicity. They told me that the bottle of wine ( gift) represent the only upgrade that they have. I upgraded my room but I had to pay 100,000 pesos for the second night.. those rooms were available and empty upon my arrival. I’m very disappointed with the premium VIP program. I tried to contact Expedia, but I couldn’t find any phone number.

The hotel is two streets away from a nice area (starting at Calle 93), the location is convenient, but quite dodgy. The breakfast is pretty average, low quality bread and cold cuts. Bed and pillows are very comfy, nice bathroom and room in general. Staff is really nice.

This hotel is first class. Located in a quiet and safe area. Our room was clean and perfect. Every single person we interacted with, for many different reasons, was efficient and helpful, especially Diana. The restaurant food was excellent, especially the fettuccine carbonara! Kudos to the Chef! Would highly recommend!

Cannot fault the service. From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, the property is well maintained, in a beautiful and safe area of the city. Near shops and restaurants and easy to get into the main city attractions. If you’re looking for somewhere great to book in Bogota, look no further, this is a top-tier choice and good value for money.

Good location that I felt safe walking at night to restaurants in the surrounding blocks as a solo traveller, close to Parque 93 where some tours leave from. Staff were helpful.

Fabulous place, service and staff. Everyone went out of their way to answer any questions or provide any service. We loved the hotel architecture and the cozinesses of the rooms. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Central location. Only minor suggestion is to include more typical dishes for breakfast as to not make it so international.
