This hotel was the perfect introduction to Minneapolis. The front staff were very accommodating, the lobby has a fun design, and the adjoining restaurant has great food and the best coffee I’ve had in years. The proximity to the Mississippi River and public transit was also a great perk. This will be my top choice for future stays when I’m in town.

Wonderful staff - courteous and efficient checkin. They offered underground (very safe) parking at a reasonable rate. The room was updated and clean. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is amazing. Will stay there again.

It was okay, wouldn’t book again. My friends and I booked it to go clubbing. You don’t get much for the price. No vanity, small bathroom. VERY limited free parking. We had to pay to park.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, quiet, and convenient( walking and public transportation).

Rooms are very nice and quiet. Parking is ok, but if there is an event nearby there can be problems as some overtake the nice garage making it difficult to find parking

We stayed to attend a concert at US Bank Stadium and it was so close - the light rail is right there too. Great location, great staff.

We had a great stay, rooms were pricey because of the event happening, but the queen room was larger than expected which worked for 4 adults. The shower drain was very slow and we told staff multiple times that it might overflow but they didn’t seem to care. Check-in staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful, 10/10 Check-out staff was very dismissive and not once made eye contact or looked up from the desk when I was speaking 2/10

My only issue was that they didn’t know if and when breakfast was going to open on the day there. They didn’t seem too worried about it either.

Close to us bank stadium

Great area. Walking distance to the Stadium as well as some coffee shops and restaurants. Hotel is great. Room is modern with a pleasant setup. Would stay there again.

No parking on-site available, they only have 35 or so spots for over 100 guests. Got little to no information about where to find parking instead..ended up having to pay $80 to park overnight. They tried charging my card an hour before we were even allowed to check in (unless we wanted to pay extra $) Was overpriced for having to pay extra for everything that is typically complimentary at a normal hotel.

Did not work. And parking garage was saved for other events.

Nice rooms and nice property

10/10 hotel

The property was conveniently located within walking distance to the concert venue, our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was another story. The shower was difficult to operate, and with only a half wall and no door to close the shower off, we had water everywhere, including out into the room, which made for a very slippery and hazardous tile floor. Found long dark hair stuck to the wall behind the toilet, which did not come from either my bald husband or my own blonde haired self. Despite all that, it worked for what we needed. Could have been cheaper, but with an event the size we attended, every hotel in the area was gouging room prices, so we were at the mercy of wanting to see Metallica vs staying further away and having a bigger hassle getting to the stadium. We embraced the suck of the cost.

Excellent service at front desk. Love the convenience of parking and the minimal walking distance to surrounding venues.

Would have given it 5’s all around but one front desk worker was not very friendly. She should look for a different type of job. This happened both times we had contact with her.

Very over priced. Basically no parking on site so it's pointless to stay here for events at US Bank stadium as you will have to pay a crazy amount park in a ramp and walk to and from. Bar onsite had 1 bartender took 40 minutes to get 1 drink. Very small rooms for the price you pay on an event night. Would recommend anywhere else in the area ive stayed over this place. Even had to have a worker take us outside with a key to use the stairs. Beyond dissapointing. Wont ever go back.

Stay was great - walking distance to US Bank Stadium for concerts. Bed was Very firm and by night 3, my hips were sore, along with my husband's back.

Great location for a Vikings game. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff were very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t greet you when you come in and made it seem as if you were inconveniencing them upon check in. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid for $35 per day parking and they gave my parking spot to another guest and directed me to park in a handicap spot. ): Elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. Was rudely awakened by another guest in the middle of the night. I’m no Karen and I rarely take the time to do reviews, but I feel the need to warn others about this hotel. Def won’t be staying here again.

Great housekeeping.

The hotel is clean and quiet and well situated downtown. We were never offered the $15 voucher and our television worked intermittently. Beyond check-in, a different person on my last day helped my with printing a document.
