I enjoyed my 3rd stay at the Victoria. My room was good and the bed was comfortable. On this visit I did have time to stay for breakfast both mornings which was good. I enjoyed the evening meal in the pub area too. Having now determined which buses go where locally it was very convenient from Richmond station either by bus or walking. I enjoyed a walk in the evening into Richmond Park and did see some deer. Thank you to all the staff at the Victoria who were always very helpful and considerate. I look forward to my 4th visit

The Victoria is a hidden gem! It was a convenient stay for attending Wimbledon. The transport link was excellent. Lots of street parking available. The hotel room was a bit small but comfortable and stylish. Although the main light fitting didn't work the staff were on hand to do what they could to make us feel comfortable. We even had a complimentary hot breakfast, which was delicious! Definitely would stay again

Fantastic stop - a real gem. Couldn't recommend highly enough to do it justice. Terrific value and a lovely spot to stay.

We had a great stay at the Victoria, the room was clean and bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was an added bonus. We ate in the pub on Saturday night and were impressed with the food, tasty and very good value. The shower was unfortunately lacking power. We will definitely stay there again if we are down in the area.

The hotel details stated 'limited' on-site car parking. There was none but we did find on street parking. Details also stated that breakfast, lunch and dinner were available in the conservatory however, they omitted the information that the hotel is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so no food, drink or staff were available. The room was small with limited storage but it was very clean - I wouldn't describe the accommodation as 'luxury', but was more functional. We ate in the restaurant one night and the meal was excellent as was the service. Good accessibility to public transport. We probably wouldn't stay again.

Room was very clean shower ran out of hot water on one occasion and was unable to shower the day we left as it was cold water only . Staff very friendly on website says pub was open on aTuesday we were hoping to eat there the eve of arrival. It was closed on a Monday and Tuesday. Overall stay was ok but facilities not that brilliant.

Staff were excellent. The breakfast in the conservatory was a lovely experience and a great start to the day! Parking was easy and safe. Very good option for us as we were going to Wimbledon. Will use again!

The room is very tide and clean. The staff is very friendly and the neighborhood is so calm and quiet. Walkable distance to buses and train station. Would stay again if we visit London.

Had a great stay, shame It was when the pub was closed but thats okay because it made it quiet, great experience overall. Stones throw from richmond park and not far from a well connected bus stop!

We booked this as we were attending the rugby in twickenham.did not realise how far away it was and on flight path.The pub/hotel was.lovely and good food so would reccomend for thus

Nice, clean rooms. Plenty of tea, coffee and soap. Friendly staff. Attractive inn in a quiet area. Easily found a place to park car in the street. Pleasant 30 min walk to Richmond.

We booked this hotel as it was close by to an event we were attending. We were very pleased with the 2 rooms we booked, they were comfortable and very clean. We ate in the pub in the evening which we thoroughly enjoyed. Every member of staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly making our stay at the Victoria exceptional. If we need to be in this area again we will definitely book this venue.

Outstanding food and great service. Only small downside was the shower was cold in the morning. Would definitely return though particularly for lunch or dinner.

It was great to stay at the Victoria again. It was a good location for my needs during this visit to London. The staff made me welcome and I had a comfortable room. The shower was fine. The evening meal was also very good. Thank you to The Victoria team and I hope to stay again when in the area.

The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we couldn’t open the window and the room got really hot at night—I think that was for security reasons though? The included continental breakfast was awesome!

Friendly staff, lovely room, great service

This was our Second stay here for two nights, we come to see friends and family every now and then, we like it because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Central London, lovely walks in nearby Richmond Park. One of our evenings we choose to have dinner in the Restaurant, the haddock and chips was delicious as was the Polish Apple cake and ice cream, the bar/restaurant is laid back and comforting, the restaurant and bar area was full with locals (which to us is always a good sign) The Locals seem well off and expect good food and drinks, this pub/restaurant meets their expectations it would seem. The surrounding area of where this pub is located in a ‘well to do area’. Parking one’s car is ‘on street’ parking, the parking is free and finding a parking space is generally easy to find unless you arrive at around 3 o’clock when the nearby school has parents parked everywhere, on this occasion we parked further away, one hour later the street was quiet and parking was no issue again. The rooms are sufficient and clean, for the price one pay's we are satisfied. We will be back again.
