Its a good place to stay with an indoor pool and fitness gym. The breakfast was also nice. Ill try it again at another location during travel.

We were there for the birth of great-grand babies. The room was clean and didn't smell. The pool room was very hot and the water was very cold. The little coffeemaker in the room didn't work and we had a purple hue on the TV. But we made the best of it.

They canceled our booking because we didn’t check in on time even though we paid for 5 days. Hard to check in on time when flight was canceled.

Upon arrival there was a heavy police presence. Come to find out there was a break in at the hotel in one of the vehicles with everyone bags in the car being stolen. I was weary about staying but it was also midnight and I was exhausted so I weighed my options. I went in, got the key and felt unsettled about my window not looking out towards the parking lot. So I went back to the desk and the rep upgraded me free of charge and put me on a parking lot sided window with my car in plain view and nothing happened after that.

We were here for 4 nights. The front desk people were friendly. The rooms were clean and nice looking. The bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet each night. We had many dining options that were close by. HEB is nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again, we.will stay here.

Nice hot/ cold breakfast provided.The attendant greeted me and offered me a fresh biscuit as she was stocking the bar. She also continually restocked and cleaned. The indoor pool area for all season swimming was a plus. Front desk associate was very helpful.

It smelled very dingy/musty (lots of Glade pull ins) throughout the entire building. Breakfast was included but I did not even go down as the main area smelled the worse. It was very old and in need of an upgrade

Very quick and easy check in and out, lots of stores and restaurants are in walking and short driving distance. Clean rooms with large showers for anyone that's tall and needs elbow room to wash your hair. Will book again in the future.

One of the nicest and most spacious hotels in which I’ve stayed in a very long time. Staff was very nice and there was a stocked bar plus treats available all night. Absolutely will be returning to this venue every time I’m in Houston!

It was ok . Wish the pool was warmer. And I didn’t like all the plug ins they are very harmful for people that have breathing issues. My last room had cigarette smoke . Set me in a asthma attack. Wish they could use natural ways to clean air .

We needed a place to stay after we were impacted by the Texas Tornado and I lucked up on a room. Jacey was AMAZING! I requested a late checkout since I wasn’t sure when my power would be restored ended up not needing a late check out and the front desk agent a sweetheart (I didn’t get her name) reversed the $30 charge!!
