I very friendly check in before being shown to our room. The room was very clean and a very good size with all that could be expected except no TV. Tea and coffee available 24/7 at a central area and a pleasant breakfast is served from a choice of 3 options. A very good budget hotel.

Livingstone Lodge was surprisingly spacious and my room included a king size bed along with a double bed and an alcove area. The lodge is more or less self-service with no daily maid service and no television in the rooms. The breakfast area next to the pool provided a pleasant dining experience with the breakfast wrap and pancakes with bacon and bananas stacked being my favorites. Rooms one through five face the pool area which is shaded with trees and has a fairly large seating area outside of the rooms. The swimming pool it's large enough to enjoy and the room was very clean when I arrived. If you are looking for a full service Lodge this would probably not be your first choice but for me it was a perfect fit.

Terrible. Very old furniture,the shower was leaking,there was water all the floor. Wifi only worked close to the router at the reception. Would not stay there again

I had made a family accommodation booking for a few nights at the Livingstone Lodge as it was a brilliant stay. The area was beautiful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite. The receptionist Elton was great as he had booked most of our activities. I would recommend friends and family to book there.

Enjoyed my stay. Location about a 30 minute walk to town. No shopping in immediate vicinity. Beds very comfortable, ants in bathroom on arrival but quickly resolved with no further issues. Breakfast redundant but acceptable. No TV or telephone in the rooms but wifi was excellent and could stream entertainment on own devices.

Bathroom is quite dirty and shower option is inconvenient. Location is ok but no dining option around. Initially they offerered a room without AC. But finally offered to change in a much smaller room (not good for 3 people). Otherwise ok.

Very peaceful spot to spend a few days. Staff were very courteous and helpful especially with booking events and ensuring you had transportation if needed. If you plan a visit make sure you take advantage of the awesome treatments provided by the on-site massage therapists. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The property was ok and staff was friendly however there was no TV, no kettle, furniture was old, wasn't so clean and the breakfast was just ok. Overall not a satisfactory stay.

This lodge is a friendly lodge. Whoever works at the reception they are all nice and friendly to the guests!! The breakfast is decent. And they have a bar where you can bring your own beers.

Breakfast is very light and is bread, a slice of bacon ,eggs & baked beans. The showers need a shower curtain the water goes everywhere.

Always a pleasure to visit

We were staying in a room with twin beds. There was an issue with toilet leak in the bathroom and the fan would not move or rotate. On complaint the manager transferred us into the AC room and without any discussion charged my credit card with extra amount. This was very unfair. I would not recommend Livingstone Lodge to anyone.

the staff are very good and Emmanuel and norbit are very helpful telling you things like taxis and places to go . The whole property looks dated and could do with updating . My door latch was broken and had to be locked all the time to stay closed . No bedside light so one had to stubble in the dark at night if one needed the bathroom , and stubbing the toes in the process. Air conditioning would be a great help now as the daytime temp. is up around 40 c , and it does not drop a great deal at night . Breakfast was good , place was clean and tidy and everybody was friendly ,always a smile on the faces .

Quick to resolve issues. Hands-on owner and eager to help staff.

The TV didn't work which was a disappointment. Staff should check the screens, some of which are torn. Starr were OUTSTANDING. They look great care to make sure my activities worked out successfully. I felt they were interested in me as a person not just a traveler. :)

Good beds and linens, ok breakfast and helpful staff but no hot water during the 3 days we stay there, at best warm. No electricity either (the whole town suffered from this) so the lodge had to run on a generator almost permanently.

Though not a luxury resort, I found over staying there for four nights Livingstone Lodge to be clean and solid, and a good value for the money. The breakfast they provide is decent. They facilitated getting my laundry done for a reasonable price. The best thing about my stay was the customer service. One of the owners really went out of her way pointing me to options for the next leg of my adventure. What I liked least is that the lodge is about a $5.00 taxi ride each way into down town Victoria Falls.

Quiet location just outside of main town, nice owners who helped with sorting excursions. They also organised pickup from the airport at reasonable cost which was helpful.

Very clean rooms, safe & peaceful Of all - the owner & the employees are there to assisit you in any way. I highly recomend staying at this place.

This is not a glamour property. But the free morning breakfasts were amazing. The service from the maids, etc, was fine. There is a working swimming pool. Pete, the manager, was always available and helpful. It’s air conditioned. Like all the properties in Vic Falls, it is removed from downtown, so you would always need auto transport, such as being picked up by your tour company. There’s no lobby. Particularly for the price, this is a wonderful value.

The location was not the best but that cant stop me from loving the lodge! All the staff I met were really welcoming and friendly, especially Michele? who was working part time at night. Breakfast, wifi, staff and spacious room, free soda, ..everything was satisfying.

I did a 14 day tour ending in Vic Falls and booked this guesthouse for an extra day. Great value, extremely friendly and highly professional staff/owner, tasty breakfast, good wifi. Not in the thick of the town centre, but a nice and safe area, plus just a 5$ taxi ride to the action. Has a pool that i didnt get a chance to use. Highly recommended
