Absolutely love this hotel! My children and I were traveling to see my husband who works in the area and this was perfect! I was able to make him a home cooked meal which is such a comfort when you work away from home often! When he needed to get to bed the kids and I enjoyed being able to stay up without disturbing him. The pool area was great, all of the staff were very nice and the room was so clean! Liza at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! The only thing I will do differently when we stay again is bring my own sharp knife for preparing meals (the one provided got the job done so I’m not complaining at all!!).

We would recommend. The place was quiet and felt safe. While it is not in a walkable area, food and shopping and a very short drive away.

We checked in at 1:30am and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing and very nice. Staff is amazing at this hotel and rooms very clean. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Great accommodations for our family of 4. 2 room suite with 2 double beds and a king…and 2 bathrooms. There was no fighting about the kids sharing a bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options…and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back.

Was shocked about the $75 pet fee. Almost as much as the room and was not listed on Expedia booking. Similar hotel only charged $25.

Driving from CA to NC. This was the best hotel yet. Three nights a week they offer FREE dinners and it was delicious. Home cooked chili, beautiful salad, etc.

It was amazing room was clean well stocked and spacious. But the best part of the stay was the check in. I wish i would have got her name, friendly informative and wonderful.

First off the room wasn't very clean, coffee stains on the counter and the floors weren't vacuumed. Had to use the bathroom when we got in after fighting the awful luggage trolly that barely rolled. The bathroom showed how little quality the building actually was, the smaller backsplash tiles in the shower werent aligned at all, the grout lines were all disgusting. The "living room" TV had terrible signal and was pixleated 90% of the time if not black. The water temperature in the shower is hot only, we got a noise complaint almost immediately due to cardboard build quality of the hotel. The floor tiles were not stuck down properly, stepping on them made them tap on the grout that was supposed to hold them. The linoleum fake wood floor pieces in the kitchen would lift if you stepped on them barefoot. The door sizes were ridiculous, both bedroom doors were 2 small doors that should have just been 1 door and the toilet room door was too wide. We paid $315 for a single night in their nicest room. Huge disappointment. The pool if you wanted to use it with other guests is way to small for the building capacity. The entrance looked amazing, and the lobby was nice, there wasn't anyone on the desk till it was checkout time.. also we made the mistake of breakfast with them, the yogurt was expired the danishes were hard and the frozen breakfast sandwhiches were also low quality. This was a terrible honey pot situation, I would not recommend this hotel, cost to quality was very far off.

I ask for a king bed. i get a queen bed, the microwave dont work and i hear all the upstair noise in my room.

The shower door and kitchen disposal are broken. Having just stayed at a Southern California Staybridge which was superb, I am disappointed with this particular hotel.

Check in with marrissa was great. Room was very disappointing. Hair in the shower, open bag of chips in the cabinet and microwave didn’t work.
