Like that it had a kitchenette. No pots, pans, plates are utensils, though. Disliked hope loud it is. You can hear anyone and everything outside. Appliances and furniture very old and falling apart. Building is clearly relatively new but poorly kept. Has a lot of long-term tenants. Hallways stink from lack off/ poor ventilation. TV is not smart. Bed is not comfortable.

There was a huge dent in the washroom door, the chairs had all of its leather peeled off, and the room smelled of very strong chemicals. For the price I paid, I would expect the rooms to be in better conditions.

Was not what we expected. Should’ve been a relatively new building but poorly managed and maintained. Demographically not suitable for families.

I booked to arrive late at night. Received an email that front desk would soon close. This was a problem because I had a car load of belongings to unload because the area is known for auto break ins and thefts. When I called she said they had no doubles, which I had reserved several hours previously but that she didn't have any way to contact me (she could have through Expedia chat). After a conversation, she said she had another reservation which hadn't shown and would give me that. When we arrived, she couldn't find luggage carts. Offered me the bins housekeeping use for dirty laundry. I said I couldn't use those and please cancel my reservation rather than offer me the other person's reservation. She did, but then wouldn't give me anything documenting that they didn't have my room and that they didn't have racks provided for luggage. Of course, then the hotel denied my refund. Expedia tried hard to help resolve this for me. I will also add that this hotel seems also to provide possibly low cost or transitional housing, which may be an important service, but also meant that late at night there were people hanging around the hotel that made me feel possibly unsafe. Not the best area to stay in if you can drive a little further north to Arlington, the crime rates are lower.

Good place for a quick stay. Very loud at night. Music blaring from another floor. Called the desk and it seemed to work. Lots of parking lot activity and smell of weed. It’s whatever. Need some cleaning and upgrades. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beds were clean and comfortable, however the floor was dirty, half the towels were stained, the shower rod and bedroom curtains were hanging by a thread. The staff were efficient rather than welcoming.

Very dirty floors in the room. Not cleaned at all before we came in. Door to the bathroom had holes in it. Dirty sink. Dogs everywhere. I agree with dog friendly hotels but it needs to become human friendly too.

It's reasonable price for a stay.

They have you sign something that no weed/pot is allowed and no animals (there seem to be actual tenants staying here monthly too). The moment you step out of the elevator to go to your room...you smell weed and see people taking their pets out for potty time. Don't get me wrong, I love animals, but this place is messy in more ways than one. They need to clean of the reception area because it's a bad look for the place, i.e., food, stuff, etc. Looks very messy. The hallways need vacuuming, cleaning.

It was not acceptable room with harsh chemical smell. We try to open the window and it was beside the highway and too noisy. Then We requested to change rooms and the second has the same odour so, we had to cancel the room.

Front desk was rude and slow. Room was dirty. Used towel and lights didn’t work. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Moved to a new room that smelled like mold and the door was stuck closed.

Their is damage done to our room, waited for staff for almost an hour to check in, room was not clean and poor water pressure. Couldn't even watch tv no remote.

Hotel had minimum staff, guest were drinking beer, using obscene language when watching tv in the small lobby area when we checked out. Don’t expect good from an extended stay hotel.

DO NOT stay here!! By far the worst stay we have had in WA state! It was too late in the evening for us to change hotels. When we walked through the hallways it reeked of pot. Although it’s advertised as a 100% smoke free facility. It’s a long stay so no breakfast is served. That I understand but the don’t even have pop or an ice machines. Must have been government subsidized housing based on the people either living or staying there. People hanging out in their vehicles drinking in the parking lot. Broken beer bottles & garbage everywhere. The room we were in didn’t have a door on the bathroom. The bathtub had cigarette burn marks all over it. The toilet tank was cracked & held together by white duck tape. The 2 chairs in the room looked like they were from Value Village. The fabric was pealing & destroyed. The was all sorts of “dirt” in the hallways. The person checking us in told me it was the last room they had & apologized for the state of the room. Said she couldn’t give us a refund or discount because we had booked through a 3rd party.

I liked the hotel very much.

Staff were friendly. Hotel isnt anything fancy, just your basic accommodation. Location was convenient

It was simple no frills, clean quiet, comfortable beds

For the price there was nothing in the room. 2 of us had to share 1 set of towels. There was nothing in the kitchen except for fixtures.

Nice place to stay!!

Our ride dropped us at the hotel directly from the airport around 11PM. The parking lot had several people milling about. We checked in and were billed for the entire week-long stay. The room was not at all as advertised - shabby, with missing furniture, scarred walls, stained floors, no dishwasher, etc. We checked out as soon as we arranged a ride a few hours later. Promised a refund, we finally received a credit for $130 less than expected. There was no explanation for the difference. In over 1,000 nights in hotels, this was by far our worst experience. Caveat emptor!

Everett WA is run down and dangerous. This hotel was more of a nursing home/migrant worker encampment. Gross parking lot and the room smelled SOOO bad. Avoid.

I had stayed at this location when it was new. This time the bathroom door was missing, cigarette burns on the tub. The chair has chunks taken out all over it. This place has gone down hill. I can't believe i paid for room.

This property booked my room and called me and said there was no more rooms after I had booked mine the day before!!

The woman at check-in was very nice and helpful. We had quite a few spiders in our bedroom and the bed was very uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an extended stay hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The peaceful and well-maintained environment allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay fully. My girlfriend would visit on the weekends, and she enjoyed it just as much when she came down to visit. I feel truly blessed to have had such a positive and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and excellent service.
