Besides the staff being helpful and accomadating with my needs being my birthday weekend u gave everything walking distance that u dont even need your vechicle. Thanks guys for looking afta us and definitely will be back.

Was a great stay and have stayed there before

We stayed in a Superior cabin which was fine, bedrooms were on the small side but otherwise everything was ok

the park was very nice, the kids loved the pool and water park. cabin was nice too, close to shops made things easy too.

Lovely cabin and overall tidiness of park and facilities was great !! Shower cubicle in cabin could be a bit bigger and the ant problem in kitchen wasn’t the best but otherwise overall it was very good !!!

Great place to stay, we all had an awesome time. Can be a bit difficult to get through on the phone as they are often busy.

Fun on-site facilities and convenient location. The pool was really thoughtfully designed and suitable for children of all abilities, with a kids/shallow area right next to the spacious deeper pool, surrounded by nice lawn and decking. The water slides were enormous fun and added some variety. The pedal-carts were good quality and quite easy for my 8yo to ride. It was really handy having a pedestrian-only "road" running alongside where all the playground and activities area, slightly reducing the level of traffic-related risk that's a feature of this kind of holiday park. While the location is well out from the "CBD" and not in a scenic location (on a major road) it was extremely convenient. We were able to shop for bathers and last-minute Christmas presents at a good sized shopping centre, buy groceries at a large supermarket, have dinner out, pick up a take-away pizza, and even get the tyre on our car fixed, all within walking distance.

The park was extremely family friendly, a great place to spend time!!! Location is easy to find, lots to do!! The cabin was lovely, everything we needed!!

Loved the splash park children had lots of fun. The games room was great for them. Only negative was that the bed took up the entire room barely any space to move around it.

Loved the location. The park facilities were very clean. The pool and splash park were fantastic and very family friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Room was not cleaned, dirty tampons in our room, bins weren’t even emptied or bathroom clean when we checked in. Didn’t get the room we paid for because they said they don’t like people booking through other sites. Pools were freezing not heated like advertised. Dirty playgrounds. Id never recommended this place to anyone.

We had the three bed deluxe cabin plenty of room for the six of us close to play ground for the kids we loved it

The water park is great well worth the trip. Kids had a ball and the seating for adults was perfect

No curtains in cabin was disappointing and they need to be updated. Good if on a low budget.

Everything for my family was required at the park & even such a short walking distance

I took my 90 year old father away for a trip down memory lane. The cabin we stayed in was fine but there were a few issues in dealing with an elderly person. First the steps leading to enter the cabin - there was a slope in the car space concrete pad thus the first step up was uneven and quite a severe step up where the single handrail was placed - you really did need to have two handrails for safety. The other concern was the small area on both sides of the bed in the main room- for an elderly person getting up in the middle of the night was a trip hazard worry. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We travelled with 2 young children and they did not want to leave... the playground, water slides and the bikes were all a big hit!

Location, has great amenities , extremely friendly staff who assisted in my booking . When Expedia stuffed it up, will never use Expedia again.

We stayed 3 nights in a cabin which was modern and very comfortable with full kitchen and separate lounge area. All of the park amenities are modern and located very close to a major shopping centre, clubs and food outlets.

Could not find the switch to turn on the ceiling fan in the Double bedroom
