I stayed with a friend and lucked out finding this place. Hotels in Marquette were all booked so this kind of fell in my lap by having availability.
They are redoing the place. Our room had great beds and updated decor. They had a water filling station which was great to fill up before hiking. Only 30 minutes to pictured rocks. Would stay again.

For the price i paid i was expecting a good room. Unfortunately i had a room that was very dusty on the hair dryer, the lamps abpve the bathroom mirror, holes and cracks in the ceiling of the bathroom and cobwebs where the wall meets the ceiling in the bathroom, and the tub mat they keep in there was so nasty and dirty you could literally see where the feet prints of people were. They need to desperately change that out and dust. With the constant banging on others hotels room doors and being able to hear people very easily in the hallway i realized there is a huge 2 inch gap under the door and you can even see out under it to the other persons room across from you. This is a hige safety issue. I was very highly disappointed in this hotel. I regret my choice of even choosing it. Since im unable to add photos on here for some reason i will be adding them to google reviews.

Good location to local attractions. Hotel a bit out dated, floors were uneven, old carpeting. The room was way over scented with some deodorizing spray as if to cover up something else. I almost had to leave but had my own lavender spray and fan to make it tolerable.

The check in was uneventful. Hotel is older with nice updates happening. Our room had old carpet. The pool and hot tub were nice. Over all, not bad.

I almost left and stayed elsewhere. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this place left me disappointed to say the least. Carpet ripped throughout room the tiny room. Very loud and put us in a room next to the staff doing laundry all night. Hot tub barely worked.

Staff was friendly, check in and out quick and easy. DEFINITELY needs to be remodeled, carpet horrible held together in spots with duct tape, nasty smell in room even after I asked for it to be cleaned again. Bed hard and definitely bring your own pillows. Will not return.

Check in was very pleasant. They had a ground floor room as i had ask. Front desk young lady Ashley , i believe, was profeaaional, kind and very informative about the surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were very clean, comfortable the surronding area was clean and neat

The checkin went really smooth and all the amenities were explained to us. There was some black spots on the ceiling above one bed (was hopeful it wasn’t mold). The beds were really soft. The toilet sits too low to the ground and there wasn’t a handrail to grab when getting in the shower. I thought they should have had a continental breakfast for the cost.

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! Everyone that I encountered was incredibly kind. My room was small, which was perfectly suited for me as a solo traveler. The parking spaces are very tight, and my only issue was coming back late in the evening, it was difficult to fit into a space. Otherwise, it was a great stay. If you aren't going outside of town, it is very easy to park your car early and just walk everywhere in town!

This was a nice north woods type area hotel. A bit dated but it added to the charm as it is not far from the water. You can walk to some restaurants in the area.

So the room was great. It had a beautiful working fireplace, but it was 80* out...The view was not good at all as we were looking at neighborhood houses out the windows. The room was also on the first floor so we heard everything above us ALL Night long. It was really big and nice, except for the tiny and cramped bathroom. Overall, I would say 4 out of 5...

It was a nice place to sleep while traveling. Pool area was inviting. Staff was very helpful even while she was very busy. She was the only person checking people in (and there were several of us) and the phone was ringing constantly. She could have used some help at that time of the day!! (Late afternoon).
We will stay there again when we travel through Michigan.

The carpet (floor covering) was torn in several places . The room was very small . Bathroom needs some TLC . The bathroom door would not shut. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain . Would not recommend this place

We had a crazy inner room at this hotel with no outside window. Our room window looked into the hallway where the ice machine was! The room was clean. Overall, we slept fine which is the whole point. The ice machine quieted down around midnight, but we would not stay there again.

Smallest room I’ve probably ever stayed in for almost the most I’ve ever paid for a room. Staff unfriendly. TV didn’t work for most of the time there. Hot tub jets barely have any water coming from them. The only mildly redeeming quality, was this hotel still has a working sauna.

Location was convenient to visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, which was why we came to Munising. The room could have been a little roomier, but it was nice to have the refrigerator, etc. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice size room for our family of 5 with microwave, fridge, plates & silverware. Drippy sink & mold on the bottom of shower curtain were the only complaints.

Room was very clean and the check-in process was easy. Only negative I can find about the place would be that the room had a very strange smell to it, and the bathroom was not very tall-friendly as I couldn't even use the mirror without bending down quite a bit, same with the shower. Otherwise, nice cozy place to stay during a visit to Pictured Rocks.

We got the special VIP room - first floor room with a window that looked out into the first floor lobby. Quite exquisite. Would recommend for anyone that is looking for a five-star experience. The wood paneling takes you back to another, simpler time. We decided to leave the curtain open all night so passers-by could see us sleeping. Not many hotels would make this risky play - offering a room with no window to the outside world. But not Pictured Rocks Inn & Suites - they take the chances other brands like, say, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Sheraton (and every other hotel brand ever created) - wouldn't take.
