Not enough towels by the pool. Room towels were scratchy

Pool was clean. Ample parking. Pillows were super soft. Staff was kind and very helpful with activities and amenities.

Hot tub was older and small. Parking lot should have been a little better lined. You would be better off buying a cooler and keeping all the food cold because the restaurants in this town and every surrounding towns take advantage of tourists. Over 115 for breakfast at the Earl E. Byrds. With a 10% discount at dogpatch total came out to 110. For a family of 5. You would be better off bringing a skittle and cooking your own meals.

Pictured rocks Inn and suites located at excellent location. If u need anything supermarket is right in front of u. Most of spots like Wagner, Alger falls are very close.

No breakfast.

The location was nice and central to restaurants and activities. The staff at the front desk were very very nice. We had a problem with our television not connecting and the young lady that came from the front desk that day was very helpful and was able to remedy the issue (user based) within just a few minutes.

Two downsides to this location? The first one was our room was on the second floor. This is fairly typical for us because we like to avoid having people above us who we may hear at night. The first downfall was that there is no elevator in this facility and this was not something that was notated on the booking.com listing. Being that we're both in our 60s and had been traveling from California into colder climates, we had rather large pieces of luggage. Dragging these all the way to the top of a two flight staircase was not something that we were looking forward to doing. Getting them down was easier as , honestly, I simply put them at the top of the stairs faced him down and pushed them. I'm met them at the bottom and we were on our way. The second downfall to the location was rather comical. Most rooms come with windows, those windows typically look out onto either a back alley, the front parking lot, or some sort of a favorable view that may be associated with the location. Ours looked out over the indoor pool and spa. We could easily hear the couples in the spa at 8 or 9:00 p.m. along with the kids that were out with their parents. Pictures attached. We made the best of it and were only there for one night anyway, but thought it was worth noting for someone who might be looking to stay longer.

I wish it had complimentary breakfast. They did have a food truck out front but I love the buffet style. Not many breakfast options in the area

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub- all were very clean.

We wish there was a breakfast included but it’s not a deal breaker.
