Very nice hotel, good breakfast, walking distance from city center and market near by.

Lovely building, fantastic views. 5 minutes walk to Old Town. 2 minutes walk to Tâmpa National Park. Friendly, helpful staff (especially at breakfast). Loved it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brasov.

We absolutely enjoyed the hotel-very modern, very clean rooms, wonderful staff and location! It’s located 6 minutes away walking distance from the city center. We can’t ask for more! Highly recommended!

The place is decorated in a very pleasant and calm manner, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and tidy and there was nothing missing There is a very big minus that is not answered on the spot, unfortunately, and it is the fact that from the parking lot it is not possible to enter the hotel directly, but you have to go down about 30 steps (with no place accessible to the disabled) or you have to go down to a road that is very narrow and dangerous anyway (and without an available sidewalk) and this is despite the fact that there are Beyond the hotel employees with 5 steps directly from the parking lot to the lobby. (very outrageous and dangerous) Even after going through this problematic route, it is necessary to climb another 15 steps from the entrance to the lobby to the elevator (when we asked for help with the heavy luggage, we were told that there was no one who could help) As far as I'm concerned, it's a very big lack of empathy to turn the guests into luggage sufferers (without reference to their age or the weight of the luggage) It is important to note that we arrived in the middle of the day and not in the middle of the night And for dessert - the dining room also does not have an elevator since it is located on the 6th floor and the elevator reaches up to the 5th floor.

Great location and well operated with an over burdened elevator but manage to provide a clean and comfortable stay!

The hotel is located in a very nice area with spectacular views. The room is a little bit too tight but the breakfast is very very good. One night I could find a slot for my car in the parking area of the hotel but the other night I had to pay somewhere for the parking because it wasn’t any available slot.

Nice place well located close to city center. It might be a little noisy because of the road next to the hotel and also because of speakers everywhere in commun area with music playing later and early the morning that you can hear from bed: I have never understood the purpose of having music in the corridor..

We had an issue with late checkout. When we booked they said that we have late checkout, but when we were there, they kicked us out at 12 instead of the agreed 4pm

The Belfort is a modern yet cosy hotel minutes from the Old Town. It's got friendly staff able to provide recommendations and look after (reasonable) needs. I was impressed at how clean everything was and it has a lovely breakfast room overlooking the rooftops on the 6th floor. Recommended.

A new business hotel in a fine location for visiting Brasov as a tourist. Breakfast on the top floor was appreciated. Service desk staff was professional. Room was clean and in excellent condition. My only issue was with the single room I chose. It's a true single -- just a twin bed. While it did give much more walking space in the room, know what you're booking ahead of time. I wouldn't choose a bed that small a second time.

Clean, comfortable room with a fridge and minibar, wifi was reliable. Polite staff. They don`t serve food at hotel which is very annoying because the hotel is on an incline so walking to the town center isn`t convenient. There were always parking spaces They also provided umbrellas for guests when it was raining which is a nice touch

The hotel was well situated near the old town. Easy to walk into the centre. The rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast very good and staff particularly at reception very helpful and polite. Woukd recommend for a stay in Brasov.

Close to town, good air con, clean and very nice people. Street can be pretty loud with car noise and breakfast area small with smaller but good selection. I would recommend this hotel and i would stay there again

Excellent hotel...with a great breakfast. Only problem. The lift starts one floor up from reception, and it’s a struggle with suitcases.Also you have to walk uphill on return from the old town.

Plus side...staff is really nice and helpful. Theres free parking. Room is big. Bathroom clean. Location good. Value for money good. 10 min walk from old town maybe. I dont like to be right in the center. Belfort is a close as you can be on outside. Downsides..i had stitches in my leg and the Belfort has alot of steps. You have to walk up steps to get to the one lift. The lift is super slow. Waiting for it is frustrating. So you will want to use steps all the time. Also Belfort up a short hill, then steps to reception, then steps to lift, steps to breakfast. Really no big deal unless you have issues walking. I am mentioning it because before my injury I wouldnt have thought twice. Room smelled like years of stale cigarettes even though its non smoking room. Every item of clothing i have needed to be washed when I left to get the smell out. Bed not very comfortable. This is matter of preference. It was a hard mattress.

The gentleman that takes care of the breakfast area does an Outstanding job. The rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful as well. The hotel is well located and would be my first choice for staying in Brasov in the future.
