Good basic short stay accommodation. Pleasant & helpful staff.

Big clean rooms. The key-cards often stop working and you have to go to the reception. Staff is nice. The location is not the best. But we knew that already. The lack of a fridge even a shared one was a bit annoying.

this was the second time that I had stayed at this hotel. the receptionists were welcoming and helpful.

Poor location - among block of flats, no view. Not many options to dine out even with a car. Room dark and dingy, little prison like. Not even a kettle in the room. Only one lift & extremely frustratingly slow!! Breakfast is poor, don’t bother. Overall, very disappointing, waste of money.

Staff were amazing and friendly, very helpful. Rooms are in need of immediate renovation. Continental Breakfast was ok. Cheap room for the area, so sleep and then go would be ok.

It has been a rally bad experience. The hotel did not clean my room, not change towels… them I paid the brakfasr and long queus, no bread, no Mill, nothing to eat … we stayed 4 nights And we could not tale the elevator… horrible stay

The hotel is very basic, small rooms, but very clean and in a good location. You pay for what you get!
And you get with this Ibis Budget a lot for a small amount of money! I will certainly return, close to Evian, Sciez and Thonon City.

Clean room. Great people. Parking on the street just in front of the hotel. Poor WiFi connection.

The staff were good but the room was tiny with nowhere to put anything. Limited parking in the street. It was a 20min walk into town. Breakfast was ok. Wifi was ok.

This hotel is excellent: nice room (a bit small but ok), friendly staff, good breakfast, good size parking lot and close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very basic room with no space to even walk around the bed meaning you had to jump around one another to get to the toilet. No onsite parking - it has to be left on the street. No hairdryer in the room and we were positioned right next to the noisy lift - tried to complain but no-one of authority onsite to deal with things! Wouldn't recommend though a reasonable price and close to tourist destinations such as Evian etc ...

I booked this hotel because it came up on hotels.com within the search range of Geneva Airport and listed it as being 20 km away. It is much further than 20 km away. If you are flying out of Geneva and staying here, you better have an afternoon flight and be ready to start your travel early in the morning. I had to take a bus, a train and another two buses to get there and nearly missed my plane. I would not have booked had I realized it was going to be so far.

The floor of the room was dirty and it was obvious that it was never clean while we were there. Also, the day we arrived there was unflushed feces in the toilet bowl.
