Hotel is suited in good neighborhood, 20 minutes walk distance from R.C.Ctle station.
You get what you paid for, so do not expect much.
Breakfast is very simple. I stayed two nights but the menu was same.

Our basement room was super modern but quite small. Although large enough for us. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were 1st class. Breakfast was served there and all the staff were fun and helpful. Great location with easy access to the Lungomare and shopping and sights (Riace Bronzes).

Great place in the heart of the city and very walkable. Staff was helpful and breakfast has made to order eggs your way. Fresh and good fruits.
Cons: rooms can be noisy with street cleaning at 5am and people above you. Rooms are also small even though we had the largest room they offer. Parking can be tricky so if you give yourself time then you will be fine!

The third party parking garage recommended by the hotel might be dangerous for guests and should be avoided. The owner of the parking garage which is recommended by the hotel threatened physical aggression against me for no valid reason. To be totally avoided if you are arriving by car. Also, The hotel deploys ultrasonic pigeon devices in the breakfast area which affected my partner. Headache and vomiting. Some people are apparently sensitive to these pest control devices.

Beautiful property with a rooftop! The staff is wonderful especially the breakfast staff. The rooftop was closed after breakfast due to renovation work; I’m sure when they open for dinner it will be worth attending. The only negative is you can hear the street noise especially on a Saturday night.
English channels on the T.V which was a nice touch for North American travellers.

The room was very nice and clean although it was just a bit small, and would have felt a bit crowded if 2 people were in the room with luggage. The bed itself was comfortable enough, but I’m used to softer pillows. Would have been nice to have a couple firm and a couple soft pillows. Overall a great place. Great location.

his hotel is maybe the best deal for the cost that I've ever visited. Charming independantly owned hotel with magnificent super great staff, lovely restaurant, and a roof top restaurant bar with smoking. Staff rescued us when we arrived at the ferry landing with no transportation to get to the hotel. The room is deceptively roomy for a small European hotel. Would stay there again, anytime. LOved the whole experience. Far superior to big name hotels, with little personality.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from central station. Great breakfast, clean room, good amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating at all times. I loved this hotel and wish I could have stayed more than 5 days!

We chose this hotel because of it's interior. We have not been disappointed. A 17-room hotel has quickly became our home. We have never experienced so well-trained English spoken staff to whom no chore or inquiry was too small. Every request has been joyfully met. Varied international TV choices added a special touch. New, thoughtful renovation is enviable together with a breakfast terrace with a killer view over Sicily, which also serves as drinks and snacks lounge in the evening. Great for small parties! Would have definitely recommended such reno as a blue-print for other older small hotels.
Breakfast always had fresh selections and two cheerful English-speaking staff with whom we enjoyed chatting. This property also has a BB and a guest house. We cannot say enough praise for making us feel at home.
