Coffee maker in room but no bottle water No robes When I talked to the desk about staying another night I was told they couldn’t make the reservation I had to call the 800 number

Loved my stay here, great friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely crowded are as it is full of bars and clubs! AC wasn’t working properly and we were provided a fan and told there’s no maintenance available at night. Stayed one night and moved to the Westin Sarasota the very next day! Highly recommend

The TV guy did not say what to television program each channel was playing

The location is perfect.

I paid a higher room fee to get a Bay view room. The only view from our room was the adjacent buildings. The hotel was not on the bay but several streets in from the Bay with numerous taller buildings blocking the view. The room was nice and so was the staff but to charge more for a room with a view of the Bay when there is no view is fraudulent

We have taken two trips to St Pete and stayed here both times. The rates are reasonable, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good. We will be back again I’m sur.

Our reservation was for a king size bed. They gave away our bed and instead gave us a room with two queen size beds. Our room wasn’t ready until after 3 and several other guests were able to check in to their rooms who arrived after us. I wonder if they gave our room away because we booked through a third party vendor? Extremely disappointed in how we were treated

Had a quick stay and it was great. Was able to walk throughout the day and night around the area for shopping and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Room 731 ac didn’t work the whole night. Only solution staff gave was it’s happening to everyone. We requested a fan and we’re still hot all night coldest temp in the room 72 all night. That’s not fair in Florida summer. Location is great, pool area was nice , breakfast was the usual run of the mill,free breakfast no issues:

In a nice area close to everything.

We stayed here for 2 days on a mini vacation. The location was excellent for visiting museums and there were plenty of restaurants. The front desk personnel as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and tireless. The hotel has its own parking garage which was convenient. At this time it was $22 a day which was reasonable considering you didn't have to worry about parking or safety. Your room key opened the garage gate and then it allowed entry into the hotel and right to the elevator. There was a free shuttle less than a block away which took us to Tropicana Field and then back again after the game. The shuttle was clean and the drivers professional and courteous. There was an additional shuttle which drove to the pier. The hotel had a free breakfast and not only was the food plentiful but the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and stocked. The variety rivaled any hotel we had ever stayed in. There was also a Starbucks across the street. The room was large with a floor to ceiling window and plenty of light. There a couch and foot rest, large TV, large drawers for your clothes as well as a closet. Room amenities included a coffee maker, refrigerator and safe. We had plenty of bath and hand towels and wash cloths. The beds had 4 pillows each although the mattress felt a little lumpy. At home we have a Tempurpedic so it could just be a different feel for us. The shower had plenty of HOT water and a low step so it was easy to get in/out of.
