The lobby and staff are great. Bed was very comfortable as was the design/decor of the bathroom. The room itself just looked cheap and non descript. Needs an update

We loved the location in downtown. The check-in was pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was better than the typical hotel breakfast. Our room was okay- you can tell they have updated older rooms. The bed was uncomfortable with an older mattress, cheaper linens, and the air conditioning was at its lowest setting (65) but the room stayed at 75ish all night. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again if given the choice.

The hotel was centrally located in downtown Knoxville with lots of dining and entertainment options. It was a short walk to the historic Bijou Theatre which is where we saw our concert. We will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the breakfast was only served until 9am. It would be nice to have had a longer time frame to enjoy the meal.

First time visiting Knoxville and everything was perfect! The hotel was great! Very impressive. Location and view were so wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was really clean, nice & quiet. The valet guys were working so fast in the very hot weather but still were so pleasant and kind. 10/10 - will definitely be back and will tell friends to visit!

The staff was amazingly courteous and helpful, since this was our first time to Knoxville. Grace was super helpful with all of our inquiries. Parking of course was a bit messy, especially trying to park during the busiest time around downtown, but do-able. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great location and beautiful inside. Everything except the University grounds are in walkable distance. Behind the hotel is a public parking garage that offers very affordable rates. For us it was a perfect stay.

Rude front desk. Warm musty rooms. Valet suggested I pay him cash directly to save money on parking. Totally unprofessional. We deserve to have our entire stay refunded.

Shortly after our arrival, there was a fire on the 7th floor which required us to find new lodging. The staff was helpful, but we are now at a Courtyard.

This a newly restored hotel and very well done. Great location. Nicely appointed public spaces and bar/restaurant. Room was spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. No view to speak of. As with most every downtown hotel the cost of valet parking is an additional expense. Great choice!
