Great place to stay, nice rooms and very friendly staff!

Very good hotel, I will return

The hotel looks good. However, the staff is not willing to listen the customer when issues happen. Especially, the internet connection was so unstable, that I had to reconnect several times during the video calls I had. The answer from the hotel is that this is their 'normal behaviour', this is it.

It's beautiful and modern with a nice check-in staff. One complaint is that I needed the hotel to call a taxi for me to pick me up in town and bring me back to the hotel and the person on the phone at the hotel refused. I'm sorry, but this is a simple and valid request but they couldn't bother to get me a taxi to bring me back! When a guest asks for something legal, you do it. Full stop.

Hotel design was clean and minimalistic. Love the photographs used as part of the decor. Facility is clean and staff is nice. The hotel provided sparkling water as a welcoming gift. It’s located within Leitz-Park with a restaurant and cafe attached and nearby. The museum, gallery and camera stores are within less than 10 minutes walk. You’ll definitely enjoy this place if you enjoy photography work. There’s public transportation to town center, which takes about 20 minutes, but you may also take a long walk. I’d recommend it!

I don’t usually review anything bad but this one is something I have to comment. This hotel would have to be the worst “premium” hotel I’ve stayed in my 25 years of weekly travel globally. Upon checking in we were just given our key cards with no info on restaurant opening hours, no room service, wifi, their supposed no room make up/cleaning bcos of covid, and there’s nothing in the room including paper pad and a pen. We were told off pretty rudely about availability of dinner when checking in that we either go eat now or after 8pm. Second night we went back to hotel for dinner and we’re only told the restaurant wasn’t opened. It’s 7.30pm on Sat and we had to go all the way to the old town for food. We can’t even get a cup of coffee at the hotel . When responded by the hotel manager about our issues she said it’s part of covid hence no room cleaning . But hey at least we should know when booking or checking in. The tone of the email were not very sincere either. Upon checking out i walked by the cleaner cleaning or polishing the floor. I apologised that I needed to walk by and she clearly showed me a very agitated look I feel a sense of discrimination at this hotel or arrogance . Certainly not a place I’ll return only bcos unless I’m a Leica lover. On the bright side the food and restaurant service were great . The waitresses at the restaurant are the only thing that made me feel that I’m in a hotel throughout our stay

Quiet hotel with the most comfortable beds. The friendly staff could not do enough for me.

Nice clean Hotel in a cool modern area. Be aware the Hotel ist outside City Center and you need a Car for almost everything. Reception closes at 6pm on Weekends! Cyclists: 3km up the hill from the river Lahn :-o

As a Leica lover , I cannot hide that I’m biased and highly talk about Leica , hence the hotel and its amenities 👌😉. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was perfect. Brilliant idea to have Vienna hotel in the heart of Leica headquarter. Thanks Dr. Kaufman and all .

Modern hotel. Simple but comfortable room. Air conditioned. Charge for parking. Attached restaurant with breakfast and lunch buffet. Food was tasty. Nice breakfast buffet but pricy.

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Restaurant was wonderful and the foo was delicious and prices were reasonable.

Location was what we needed. Property was clean and cost was reasonable.

The late check-in time aside, this hotel and its location are perfect. Take the Apartment rooms if available.

Excellent hotel, modern, clean, quiet. Not in City Center, but good connection to the highway.

Amazingly comfortable and the best thing is that it’s right next to the Leica Museum

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restarant was good too.

A very clean-cut design hotel, totally in the Leica-style. All the functions you appreciate, as frequent traveler, is spot on. A good bar end restaurant, compensated for the ‘out of city’ location. Personally I find the very ‘sterile’ design a little too sterile.
