The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Valle de Bravo

A boutique hotel (10 rooms) with a great design, modern, functional, curated, quiet (up the hill from downtown - a good healthy walk). We slept like babies, ate well at the restaurant, and relaxed in the common area. A bit pricey, overall a very good experience.

The hotel was super cute, Our room was very clean and right in front of the woods. You do hear roosters in the room. The staff was super helpful and nice.

Super nice hotel, very good service

Beautiful little boutique hotel situated right above the town. It can be a little noisy at night when the neighborhood dogs bark, but it’s a stunning little place with good sound-proofing if you shut the windows.

This property is so beautiful and the pictures show you exactly how it looks and honestly if you go on a weekday chances are you’ll have the property mostly to yourself. Check in was super easy. Reserving the jacuzzi, and massages were no problem. Communication was great both in person and via WhatsApp. The staff is so friendly and since their restaurant is not open to the public you can always count on breakfast lunch and dinner service to be smooth. They have the best carajillos and lattes! It was exactly what we needed for a tranquil getaway. It is outside of the main town and lake, so look into the location before you decide. If you have a car though it should be no problem, there is parking on premises. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place surrounded by trees. The doors of the room open wide to a creek and a backyard full of trees and fenced. One can hear birds chirping and it’s quite relaxing. The rooms are well decorated and neat. The service was excellent, the quality of the food at the restaurant was great, and the pool was very clean. I used the jacuzzi for an hour and ordered drinks from the bar in the evening, it was quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful and gave us directions to Velo de novia waterfall and Mariposa monarca to see the butterflies. Overall it was a great experience one I would gladly do again!

A very nice place to stay with good amenities. The location is great too, to get into the centro and the lake. The quality of food and drink was excellent. Accessing the front door needs to be looked at, you have to wait to be allowed in (not ideal late at night). Rooms are fairly simple but stylish.

Beautiful hotel The hotel is beyond my normal travel budget but seemed like a good choice in fairly booked out Valle de Bravo over new years. But probably worth it for a couple of nights. It has a good location a short walk up from the bustle on the main street and the main square. Up here you get fresher air and hear more dogs than cars. The service is very good but the cleaning lady is a wizard. She has total control and usually did our room while we were eating breakfast - which was very good by the way. There are a couple of drawbacks: The constant flow of sometimes loud lounge music from morning until late makes it hard to relax by the pool. The open layout with sliding glass doors is beautiful but make the common areas, including the restaurant, chilly at night and in the mornings. A corking fee of 280 peso is pretty steep.

Truly amazing. During the week it’s not usually full so imagine our delight as literally the ONLY guests in a 10 room Casona all to ourselves. Literally enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lounge area in our PJs. Staff were very kind and attentive, and quite good English. The manager Arturo was diligent in helping to book tours. Carlos is the large and jolly bartender who makes a delicious espresso martini and was king enough to make us fires nightly upon request and indulge me in lengthy conversations about tequila and mezcal. Armondo was our daytime/breakfast server and again provided exceptional service. The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed to be a happy team. The property is very clean and design is stunning. We were able to meet one of the architects during our stay and again couldn’t say enough about the features. Sliding glass would allow the team to close rooms and keep them worm at night or open for breeze during the day. Such a zen place! Location is about 10-15 min walk to downtown core. It’s steep streets in Valle De Bravo and older guests may have challenges hoofing it up and down several times a day (you can easily call cabs). There are loud dogs and chickens at night / morning but that’s standard for Mexico and doesn’t diminish the charm of the property!

An oasis of calm in a sea of narrow, bustling roads. Well designed, reassuring, and peaceful. The service is top-notch, the selection of food, drinks, and wines is perfect, and the chef is excellent. The nightly fire in its massive hearth is the icing on the cake for each relaxing day.

Hotel Bouqtiuqe it's a great place for a relax weekend. Food is absolutely great, staff couldn't be more helpfull, view of the room espectacular and I am higlhy recomending to stay at this hotel. It's only 10 min walk from centro historico.
