Facility is in a good central location, close to almost everywhere you want to go. However some work need to be done on the bath of the room I stayed. Could be cleaner. Overall my stay was good and will patronize again.

When we arrived for check in, we were told by the receptionist that our room wasn't ready. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes. She continued to check in other guests. After 30 minutes. My wife asked her to check on our room. She ignored my wife and started to check in another guest. I went to the counter and asked if someone else could check us in. She told me I needed to be patient. That there were a lot late check outs. She spent another 20 minutes checking in the guest She ignored my wife for. So I went to counter and said the situation was ridiculous. We were traveling with 6 bags and were exhausted. She told me I was rude and intoxicated. Which of course I wasn't. Another woman at the counter heard the exchange and brought it to management's attention and she was horrified by her behavior.

Great service and the wait for the shuttle from MSP airport was not too bad.

We stayed for a fun weekend with our kids. The service was great, but the beds weren’t comfortable and I felt like I needed at least 3 pillows to be remotely comfortable. The bathroom door was hard to shut because it was a sliding door, therefore it never closed all the way. When it did actually close, it didn’t lock. The breakfast was very blah.

Lots of parking, but didn’t like that I found out they charge for each day of parking when I checked in. I also had to wait and hour and a half from when I should have been able to check in to actually check in. They still hadn’t cleaned the room. The facilities are nice and clean and staff was very pleasant.

Love Hotel 2 Suite

Very clean.. good for family

Rooms were spacious, clean, and sound proof. Breakfast options were hot and fresh and staff were friendly and professional. I think its unrealistic to have to pay $10/day for parking when it is just the top portion of the parking garage for the outlet and it's free. I brought my 2 service dogs with me for over 5 days and was charged, thats not usually the case when I bring them so not sure if they understand ADA laws. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like someone threw up and they tried to spray febreeze over it. The stairwell also had an overhwhelming smell of dog urine. Overall, wouldnt mind staying here again, just wouldnt pay to park and would expect them to deep shampoo/clean their stairwell.

No one was at the front desk. Can't find anyone for check out. Just left my keys on the counter. Got my bill by email a few hours later

Nice hotel located right by shopping center. Nice staff. Very nice pool area. Spacious room.

Close to the mall

The room was large and very quiet. Breakfast was "the usual." Location was excellent as it was within walking distance of the premium retail outlet mall and 8 minutes away from the Mall of America. Parking was $10 US which was a bit of a surprise to us. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Love Home 2 Suites

Nice one

We love Home2 Suites. Have used them for many out of country trips. We check in get a bit to eat in the area and head back to our very comfortable rooms. Get breakfast provided breakfast in the AM and shuttle service both to Terminals one & two.Their the BEST!

Very quiet here. Not much for restaurants within walking distance, but Jensen’s was amazing.

I usually love Home 2 Suites hotels and go out of my way to stay at them while on family trips for the space and kitchen. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance, but the Home 2 Suites we normally stay at while in Bloomington (Mall of America area) was sold out. So I booked the Eagan location. Parking at this location is in a lot behind the hotel, and on a "negative feels like" temperature day, it was much further to walk than I would have preferred. When we arrived, we were told they had an "oversold" situation, so instead of the 2 queen room I booked, we would have to take 2 adjoining rooms with 1 queen each. Not ideal to have my tweens in their own room, but it was fine. The beds weren't as comfortable as I've come to expect at this chain. Maybe they're at the end of their lifespan. I heard the pool was freezing, so we didn't try it (not to mention we were just at a water park). One of the things I love about this chain is their breakfast. At some locations, you heat your prepackaged frozen sandwiches and omelets yourself in a microwave according to directions. At this location they are already ready. We grabbed the last 2 sandwiches and discovered they were cold in the middle. Like almost still frozen cold. Staff saw me trying to heat them up on the toaster conveyor belt and asked if they were still cold (and no microwave available). She apologized and I got a new one just brought out and it was the same. She heated it up in the back for me. Food safety issue though!

Room was not ready until after 330, staff had to find a different room. staff not that friendly. Toilet flusher was broken in room.

Staff were excellent. Made you feel you were among friends. Hotel was very nice, clean, up to date. Parking was extra and lot was always full seemed like so was a little extra walk to get to the entrance. Food options around the area are limited.
