Luxurious, with a balcony view of a forested canyon. Yet so close to the airport one could walk, if travelling light. Airport shuttle was a Mercedes sedan. Staff were very helpful, but only present for a few hours per day. Located in a gated neighborhood, no restaurants nearby.

The property was good, just need to have places to eat inside. Because some people like me don’t have personal transportation to go eat outside, I hear a little noise, like motorcycles and cars late night. Other than that everything was good.

Stayed here already one time. Was super. Nice rooms. This time room was dark, tiny, super small barely useable bathroom and shower. Not enough towels for number of persons. Internet does not work.

Very nice people and place. HOWEVER - it is in a gated neighborhood (yea safety) but it meant it was hard to get into and out of by taxi. there is also only a small convenience store and 2 restaurants (one only open for dinner) within walking distance (unless you want to eat in the airport - which i did). so if you arrive late from the airport and just need a place to sleep its great, but as a place to stay for multiple days i would say no.

The place was nice, but it was advertised as a hotel which is not, it is a house with different rooms available, like an Airbnb. However Natalia was able to pick us up from the airport and make us feel welcome. It is about 5 minutes from the airport.

We were pleased with the beauty of the hotel, the friendliness of each person with whom we interacted, and the communication around the shuttle service.

What a beautiful and unique property! We appreciated the communication we had with the property as we were arriving after hours (whatsapp). We also enjoyed an excellent Guatemalan breakfast :) Thanks for a great first experience in Guatemala!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The people were lovely and very helpful. I did end up having to pay for transport to the airport, but it was only 20Q, so no trouble.

I stayed only for a few hours because I have an early flight next day , it was convenient since is just 7 minutes from the airport . Place was very clean , quiet and very friendly staff I highly recommend this place for a short stay

Bad check in experience - I was speaking to two people and getting messages from a third who were obviously not talking to each other and repeatedly asking the same questions. But much worse than that, the place had bed bugs that we didn't discover until the next morning when we saw hundreds of bites all over.

It’s a very quiet place within a gates community so made it a little challenging for pick ups for taxi and Uber drivers but it’s a great place for just a night before or after a flight

Nice property and safe area right next to the airport. They even provided complimentary transport to my airline. Only challenge is getting through the security checkpoint before the hotel, requires exact address of the hotel and strong Spanish skills.

The room I stayed at was so dirty the floor was not moped, the shower bath was dirty and there was so many ants everywhere.

We only slept there for a few hours, but it was good.

I really loved Aurora Express. Natalia was very communicative and helpful, even when it came to things like arranging rides to and from the airport or ordering food to the hotel. I would stay again and highly recommend it!

My stay was short, but I feel relaxed. Beautiful place. I will be back to enjoy it for more time.
