It was a nice property to stay at for the Jas Aspen Music Festival over the Labor Day Weekend. They provided shuttle service as well which was very convenient. For a luxury hotel in Aspen, there were a few minor details I would expect to be fixed. For example, the toilet cover was missing a knob, ice machine on floor was not working, and espresso machine during breakfast was hit or miss. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel; spacious, clean and comfortable room. Just unhappy that there was an extra $45 per night parking fee that isn't clearly disclosed at the time of booking, either on the hotel or Expedia website. It's there if you drill down into the website or fine print, but it would be fairer if they show this in a list of optional services before you book.

The staff (Allie, Anthony and Brenda) were very helpful and delightful to answer any questions we had. The manager for breakfast was friendly and helpful also! Great stay! Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Hotel is comfortable and has ample space to hang out and enjoy outside of the room. Nice bar and breakfast. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. We had a nice time.

Snowmass Limelight hotel was excellent but our room 219 view was pretty bad (construction view). Wish they gave us a better view room. We signed up for some green initiative, so we didn't get room service for our 3 night stay. However they provided coffee pods and cream when we asked. Breakfast was very good. By the way, remember car parking is $45 per night extra.

The Linelight has a wonderful inviting lounge area with separate place for eating and fantastic outside terrace with a fire pit. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. We will definitely return!

I had stayed at the limelight back in ‘21 before visiting again recently. I remembered it being very nice, great service and feeling very high end. This visit felt just average, not matching the over $500 a night price tag. We had a single towel in our bathroom, our fridge wasn’t cold and the room was almost 80 degrees when we arrived. When we checked out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to give our keys to or check us out. Nice enough property, but just simple things you’d come to expect of a higher end property that were missing on our trip.

Incredible blend of value, amenities, location and comfort. We loved being so close to hiking trails and the free breakfast. Service was exceptional and rooms were clean and modern.

I had a fabulous stay at the property as a last minute booking. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and I was also able to bring my dog. I loved the convenience of Base Village. There is a lot of construction on the lot behind so be prepared to wake up early. Only issue is that I didn’t receive room service nor towels during my stay. Perhaps it’s a standard these days from an environmental standpoint but hadn’t experienced the lack of that service in the Aspen/Snowmass area before. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in the Snowmass/Aspen area. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Pet friendly - they even provided a large bed and food/water dishes for our dogs.

The property is kept in great condition. The rooms I’ve had have been in immaculate shape. Amenities are good, restaurant has good food and friendly staff. Being situated in the middle of the village is a great plus, access to lifts is quick and easy.

I have to say the hotel location is incredible, but what sets this place apart is their staff is Amazing. The free breakfast was great, food service staff AMAZING. The kindness and friendliness of their employees is like something we never experienced before not even at luxury resorts. I would rather go back to the Limelight than the Ritz. Looking forward to coming back, this was first time to Aspen Snowmass.
