Comfy an spacious room. Lovely view over private gardens. Plenty of easy parking. Friendly team. Nice breakfast. Handy for sea and town but still lovely and quiet.

We had a great stay at Barons Court. It was our 1st visit but it certainly will not be our last. Great location, huge room, (more like an apartment) friendly owners and staff, comfy beds, free parking, beautiful home cooked breakfast, peaceful and excellent value. If you are planning a stay in Great Yarmouth then you will not get better than this. Perfect! Thank you from all the Family.

Great value and good location in nicer part of Great Yarmouth. Breakfast was great and they accommodated my request for this to be earlier than advertised.

Beautiful rooms. Very clean and the hosts were fantastic. They helped me out when I mucked up a booking too. Probably the nicest place I've stayed in the price range. They also include a full english breakfast, which I would imagine is also very nice. I just prefer to lay in though. The perfect location means you are on the beach in a minute and can take a nice walk down the seafront.

Staff and owner were courteous and polite. Their full breakfast was delicious

Wow to begin this hotel was just so perfect in all aspects. Bedroom was just so big and spotless nice large TV and loved having a mini fridge. The bed was unbelievable what great nights sleeps. Breakfast was superb really good quality food . The hosts Beverly and Ros so nice friendly and helpful and always listened to your needs. I just can't wait to stay here again absolute perfection. In my opinion Barons Court hotel is 5 star..

Absolutely delightful, couldn’t have asked for a better guest house. It was immaculate and very friendly staff, food was delicious too.

We can’t praise this hotel enough. It is spotlessly clean and the food and dining service are spot on. Parking is limited to the front of the property but we had no trouble finding a space during our stay. We did have a small problem with the Tv subtitles but this was sorted quickly and we got them to work a treat. We fully recommend this business and we will be back, Thanks for a great stay!

Great little hotel near the beach in Great Yarmouth. Room was spacious and breakfast excellent. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was to much bother. All attractions within walking distance. Nice spacious private park behind which is great to sit in. Will certainly use again when in the area.

Absolutely perfect stay! Bev, the owner, was very polite and friendly. The room was large and updated. Just like the rest of the hotel, the room was very clean. The hotel is within walking distance to the seafront attractions. The included breakfast was great and kept up going through the day. Will definitely stay at Barons Court in the future. Again, perfect stay with zero issues.
