The walls are paper thin. Able to hear complete conversations and babies crying throughout. The suite wasn’t decorated plan bathroom walls. Auto in light for bathroom don’t shut off for 30 min hard at night. Because I used third party we were given middle room on 2 floor instead of higher up as a plenty.

I enjoyed the rooftop bar/lounge. The karaoke provided great entertainment! :) The breakfast was amazing! 10/10! During my breakfast experience, Monica and Madison provided exceptional service. They really turned my morning into a good morning. I did experience a cleanliness issue with the shower. However, once the staff were made aware, they made sure that I was taken care of. Overall, I had an amazing and relaxing stay. I will definitely stay at the property in the future.

Parking is somewhat inconvenient. The pool could be bigger and slightly deeper. The fact that room service came in each day and made beds and replaced towels was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is in a very nice, safe area if you’re visiting Augusta. It’s just a few minutes (5 tops) to The Medical College of Ga and the hospitals in the downtown area. This property is our go-to spot when we need to be downtown. The facility has a new, fresh feel and the parking is easy and convenient! The staff were all nice and courteous. Chelsea, at the front desk, was especially helpful to me.

The staff was exceptional - very helpful and went out of way to speak or offer assistance. When checking in, she was accommodating to location of our room to our family members. The room was clean, neat and had everything we needed stocked.

Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and restaurant have a very limited schedule. That was the main reason I chose the hotel. I'd hoped to be able to hang out there and enjoy the river. Unfortunately, neither restaurant (at the bar or inside) nor the bar or even rooftop space were avaiable for the 2 days of our stay. The hoyel was fine, but I'd stay elsewhere next time and dave the extra expense for amenities that aren't always available.

The riverfront was lovely

Great hotel, hotel staff was not as friendly as I am accustomed to. It was a very busy weekend, Masters tournament was going on.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Waited for housekeeping to clean room and she never came. K was cleaning the room, vacuuming and changing bedding at 1030 pm. No Room Service option. But they charge you extra to go pick up your food and bring back. Water was shut off twice for 4 hours during stay

Finally a bed that wasn’t too soft and pillows that had structure.

I will never stay anywhere else again when I travel to Augusta.

I was in the middle of taking a shower and the water completely stopped. Not the hot water all water completely stopped. Terrible experience.

We were treated very well by the front desk staff, particularly the young lady who checked us in. I believe she was a manager. I appreciate very much her help and recommendation for me to download the app.

It’s a nice place to stay

Hotel is next to the local ballpark. Since it was 4th of July weekend, there was lots of traffic at times. Staff was friendly and always accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. I will most certainly be back.

Great place to visit

We asked about getting a nicer room, preferably a view of the stadium and fireworks or facing the water front or even a higher floor. The desk clerk just said nothing was available. And perhaps that was true but it was so instantaneous and reactive that it seemed insincere. A quick double check would have been more reassuring. In the morning the lobby was a bit dissarray. Chairs not pushed in all the way or lined up, carpet needing vaccuming, just not polished or professional. Perhaps manager was on vacation but still no excuse.

My second time staying at this hotel. Great experience.

The pool is WAYYYYYY TO SMALL for a hotel that big and 4 stars...way to small!

Staff was very pleasant

My experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The front desk staff and maintenance were great. However, the staff in the hotel lounge restaurant part & upstairs were HORRIBLE. We had to hunt down someone to take our orders on two separate days. We sat down & no one offered a menu but walked by us multiple times avoiding eye contact on purpose. We raised our hand to waive & signal multiple times but were ignored. Both times it took us AT LEAST 30 minutes just to get a menu & 40 seconds of service. We were told both times to wait a moment so they could help us but both times we were brushed off. Both times, they took our personal credit card & held it for hours until we were ready to pay. We have never experienced that anywhere. We did not understand why they couldn’t charge it to the room OR take our card when we were ready to pay as normal. We asked one waitress for a menu & she told us we needed to get up, walk over to the bar & get the menu ourselves. Besides the service, the room was BAD. Two bugs were located. The chair in the room was sticky & dusty (dirty). There was a long brown stain on the top cover. The shower floor was not clean & so disgusting that I did not feel comfortable taking a shower upon checkout. After the second day, I noticed red spots on certain locations on the wall. Upon closer look, it appeared to be blood. All of this was documented with pictures. This was the nicest hotel in the area but I was better off staying at a motel.
