Room was dirty when we arrived. Waited for housekeeping to clean room and she never came. K was cleaning the room, vacuuming and changing bedding at 1030 pm. No Room Service option. But they charge you extra to go pick up your food and bring back. Water was shut off twice for 4 hours during stay

Finally a bed that wasn’t too soft and pillows that had structure.

I will never stay anywhere else again when I travel to Augusta.

water didn’t work half the stay

I was in the middle of taking a shower and the water completely stopped. Not the hot water all water completely stopped. Terrible experience.

We were treated very well by the front desk staff, particularly the young lady who checked us in. I believe she was a manager. I appreciate very much her help and recommendation for me to download the app.

Hotel is next to the local ballpark. Since it was 4th of July weekend, there was lots of traffic at times. Staff was friendly and always accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. I will most certainly be back.

We asked about getting a nicer room, preferably a view of the stadium and fireworks or facing the water front or even a higher floor. The desk clerk just said nothing was available. And perhaps that was true but it was so instantaneous and reactive that it seemed insincere. A quick double check would have been more reassuring. In the morning the lobby was a bit dissarray. Chairs not pushed in all the way or lined up, carpet needing vaccuming, just not polished or professional. Perhaps manager was on vacation but still no excuse.

Root for the Augusta Greenjackets at SRP Park, stroll along the Augusta Riverwalk, or enjoy the nightlife on Broad Street in downtown Augusta. Golf Enthusiast’s Paradise: Don’t miss the chance to see pro golfers tee off at The Masters Tournament at the Augusta National Golf Club. If you’re a golfer yourself, tee time at the nearby River Golf Club is a must! Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza North Augusta. The attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a memorable experience.

Wonderful Stay

Staff was very pleasant

My experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The front desk staff and maintenance were great. However, the staff in the hotel lounge restaurant part & upstairs were HORRIBLE. We had to hunt down someone to take our orders on two separate days. We sat down & no one offered a menu but walked by us multiple times avoiding eye contact on purpose. We raised our hand to waive & signal multiple times but were ignored. Both times it took us AT LEAST 30 minutes just to get a menu & 40 seconds of service. We were told both times to wait a moment so they could help us but both times we were brushed off. Both times, they took our personal credit card & held it for hours until we were ready to pay. We have never experienced that anywhere. We did not understand why they couldn’t charge it to the room OR take our card when we were ready to pay as normal. We asked one waitress for a menu & she told us we needed to get up, walk over to the bar & get the menu ourselves. Besides the service, the room was BAD. Two bugs were located. The chair in the room was sticky & dusty (dirty). There was a long brown stain on the top cover. The shower floor was not clean & so disgusting that I did not feel comfortable taking a shower upon checkout. After the second day, I noticed red spots on certain locations on the wall. Upon closer look, it appeared to be blood. All of this was documented with pictures. This was the nicest hotel in the area but I was better off staying at a motel.

AC blew air but never got cool at all. Rooftop bar and restaurant are great! Worst thing of all is a motion detector in the bathroom that turns on all the lights to bright! Aweful idea! There’s already a nice night light in there. No need to wake everyone up by blaring lights in your face that you Can’t control at 2 am!! Worst idea Ever!!

The property was very nice, safe and restaurant & bars on the property were a plus. The rooftop bar was a great hangout spot and didn’t have to worry about driving. The area had sidewalks if you wanted to tour the area. This was a birthday getaway for my fiancé and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend and would return. No microwave in room but one in lobby for guest use.

Great location! Room was okay. Sofa in room was stained and looked like it had been there since the 90s. Service staff was nice.

Generally the hotel is nice. Be prepared for nearby off site parking @ $12/day. Toilet seat was loose (I fixed it). Black mold inside the shower along the door track. Quiet most of the time but not the most quiet room we've had. Occasional noise from our upstairs neighbor, banging, etc, kids out screaming & yelling at the pool 10:30-11pm (not sure when it ended). They only clean the rooms every 5 days although they will provide clean towels and make the bed with the existing sheets daily. Staff was friendly.

I loved the area, it had walking paths, wonderful restaurants. I would rate this 10 out of 10
