Lovely hotel, quiet at night even near the elevator and very comfortable bed. Great staff and service. Easy walk to the Ryman and many activities!
5.0
Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are not very well lit and could use more/brighter lighting. But overall great hotel and comfortable stay. Would stay there again.

Check in was easy. Complimentary water is always a plus for me. But we never got our bottle of wine for the VIP reward package. The restaurant service was not the best. Waited 20 mins after we were seated for water and another 15 for our drinks.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was quiet and the blackout shades were great. Only negative was the loud music during brunch. Could not even have a conversation in the lobby.

Very clean and everything was perfect.

Great stay while in Nashville celebrating my birthday. Location was a plus….Printer’s Alley is awesome.

Great hotel and super convenient to Broadway, restaurants, music and entertainment venues.

Stay here for 5 nights , location is excellent, and the staff where very polite and helpful and nothing was to much trouble ( ( tatiane & mikaela ) and the staff in coffee shop Mary & gill was great. , room was very small ( 706 ) but had what you needed , we had to ask for kettle / coffee machine . Parking was exorbitant price at $70 per night with tax and we had to wait 45 minutes 3 times before we got our car, this wait was because they was under staffed so this was a management issue . We had plenty of luggage but no Bell/valet service which would have been helpful. Free water , coffee and pastry’s???? ( not free ) Your charged $30 with tax per day for the privilege. So after spending $500 on nothing it does not make it good value.

Great location and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go/see. Staff was very friendly, room and bed comfortable, and the in house restaurant was excellent. The coffee and pastry every morning was great as well!

The room was nice, but not what I would expect for almost $400 a night. I expected the room to have a warm, ambient feeling, but the lighting was off putting. We also waited over 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car. When he did, he parked, handed us the keys, and walked off. We loaded all our bags, which wouldn't ordinarily be a big deal, except that it was raining-when we got in the car, the passenger seat was wet. Disappointing.

Location was perfect! Staff was so friendly, helpful and so pleasant. Will definately stay here agian.

The stay was great, as always, but I will say the parking is insane. Parking for two nights ended up costing about as much as another night's stay. That alone will push me elsewhere for my next Nashville stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The barista Anna was very good at her job. She wizzed through all the orders and was efficient and fast and friendly!!

Beautiful well preserved 1920’s hotel with modern accommodations, next to the famous printer’s alley.

Such a nice hotel and it's in a great spot just off Broadway. Behind the hotel is Printer's Alley a cool little spot for music and cocktails and late night food. The staff at the Dream were so good. I would definitely stay here again

Stunning room, very nice staff, lively and great restaurant and bar

Great hotel within walking distance of Frist museum, Rhyman theater and if your desire, Broadway street!
We were upgraded to Utopia suite and enjoyed playing table shuffleboard! The dining is very loud but folks were waiting in line to enter. Free coffee and pastry in morning is a nice touch. Only complaint would be excessive hotel taxes and parking at 60 a night! You could possible find public parking if you scouted out before hand and just walk to the hotel.
Also, keyed elevator is a great safety feature!

The property itself was very clean and well kept.I love the restaurant and lobby downstairs.Adjacent to when you walk in, all the staff was great

The hotel was beautiful, but Saturday night was locked out of my room. The master key did not work so they had to put me in another room and then I couldn’t get into my room and had to stay another day and pay for the room at half price still feel like, they should compensate me on Saturday night since I did not have my room to stay in with all of my belongings

I liked that it was at max a 10min walk to the downtown Broadway area.

Good hotel in a great part of town. Only a short walk to broadway. Would have left a 5 star review if housekeeping hadn’t tried running us out of our room a hour and a half before the posted check out time of 11am.

Beautiful hotel centrally located. We stayed for one night and although the room was compact, it was comfortable and clean. No view from the windows unfortunately but didn’t bother us to be honest.

Dream is very close to Broadway, easily walkable. We walked everywhere during our 3 days in Nashville. The hotel is very nice and front desk is great. My only complaint would be housekeeping and the size our room. My group had 2 rooms right next to each other. One room seemed smaller than the other and did not have a mirror outside the of the bathroom. Made it very difficult for 3 women to get ready. The container of body wash was basically empty when we arrived and there was a bandaid and empty bag of dorritos on the floor. They also only provided 2 shower towels. Housekeeping did bring more towels upon request.

If I were to visit Nashville again, I would not stay at a hotel downtown. Parking is extremely high. The add-on charges at Dream were not expected prior to the stay. I booked it, paid for it, and then found later the $60 per night parking as well as a $24 destination charge for each day, which is to include amenities such as two drinks as you get to the hotel (didn’t get) and free coffee and pastries in the little restaurant in front of the lobby, also did not get. I had to ask for a coffee machine for the room. Ice is provided at the registration desk. The room was clean and nice. We liked the high ceilings and the industrial loft-like feel, There isn’t much square footage to the room. All in all, we feel it was too expensive for what we got, but it was our first time there and didn’t realize the additional costs post-booking. Just do research before booking here. Valet guys were great.

Our first trip to Nashville for a Vince Gill concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Hotel was great and easy quick walk to the concert.

Some carpet issues on 6th floor but overall nice property and staff.

The property was lovely and walking distance to downtown restaurants and music.

The Dream was very welcoming. Because I am a hotels.com VIP member, we got a bottle of wine at check-in. There is a shark themed pop-up bar in the lobby. The theme changes with the seasons which is always fun. I love the art deco style of the hotel. The room was very nicely decorated with high ceilings. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was roomy. The bathroom was very nice with a robe and slippers to use. We went to a show at the Ryman which is only a short distance from the hotel which is was very convenient.

Lower floors will hear the noise from the attached night club and bar (we could hear it thumping through the walls). Be sure to request a room on an upper floor. Otherwise it is a decent property in a good location.
8.0
Room is very small especially for four adults. Hard to walk around with your suitcases and other items. Very little counter space both in the bathroom and room where beds are to put all the suitcases etc. Although bathroom is nice size, lights are dim makes the bathroom look even darker as it is all black and white. The room has just a concrete floor when you walk in and the carpet under the beds looks worn and old. Even though location is close to Broadway, would not recommend or stay here again. Where hotel is located is very congested too so getting an Uber took quite a bit of time when we called for one .
