Quick easy check in/out and good location

Staff was wonderful.

Rooms were tired, marks on the room wall. Requested for our room to be cleaned, this did not happen. Staff were very friendly and when I went I went to say about the room, fresh towels, mugs and milk were in the room before we had finished our tea.

Quiet place to stay, close to shopping, dining, plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable, would definitely stay there again

Very Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and clean. Quailty of the food in the restaurant was average. Main disadvantage is that the nearest railway station is about a 35 minute walk away and there is hardly any other public transportation on a regular basis. It's recommended to come with a car I guess.

The hotel was well located and check-in was easy enough in the pub next door, if a little slow. The location was quiet too. We were above the main entrance to the hotel and did have the noise and vibration of the door shutting but it wasn't that bad. It is within walking distance of shopping centres and supermarkets which was really convenient. There was plenty of free parking. It felt secure as the access was locked anyone without a room key. The rooms were a nice size and had some tea and coffee etc. The showers were excellent in pressure and heat and hand soap and body wash were provided. Overall cleanliness was good, you have to request for a room clean for stays over one night but that's not really an issue. We only stayed two nights so didn't bother but they won't refill tea unless you request it! There was a carpet stain and the walls were a bit fingerprint smeared and there was a gready stain above the futon from someone's head which was a bit gross but we weren't using that. I can't comment on accessibility, but I did notice disabled parking spaces.

Overall it was very lovely. We only stayed for one night, but would gladly stay longer. The area is nice and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant and bar were very nice as well.

The beds are comfy, parking is easy and free, wifi also free. Its a good place to stay in general and ideal for visiting family. Only issue this time was the shower curtain needed to be changed, had a really bad smell which tainted the whole bathroom ( room 110)

The staff were very friendly

Have stayed here before and still as comfortable as ever. Rooms could probably do with a little freshen up and a bit more cleaning. There were brown marks on wall beside toilet and an orange stain on the carpet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Food in restaurant was great....couldnt fault it at all. Staff very friendly regardless of how busy they were.

Only down side was that there was only one chair in the room

It was a very good stay for us (a family incl. two young children). - The room was tidy and convenient. All necessary bedding, towels were provided. A kettle was provided too. - The hotel-provided free WiFi was good enough to get us going - There are ample charging points for our mobiles. - Bathroom was clean and spacious with hot water. We haven't had an opportunity to have the breakfast there, but heard its good as well. - Ample space available for parking - A huge Sainsbury's superstore was just on the other side of the road All in all, its a very safe, quiet and convenient stay. I'd recommend this to my friends for sure.

Young lad on reception checking us in quite rude with a none plussed attitude making us feel we was a chore not paying guests. From that point on did not feel relaxed in the pub , however the room was pleasant enough and quiet. Doubt i will stay agai

Clean and quite spacious room.

I stayed two nights. My room wasn’t cleaned on my day 2. I tried to call to ask for a cleaner but I couldn’t reach any one!

Very friendly team, comfy, clean accommodation. If I’m in West Lothian, I will definitely stay there again
