Place was clean , good space but refrigerator didn’t work no a/c and no hot water no pressure at all only cold water and for those that love cold shower was fine but for me wa a issue and the parking that was supposed to be for me was always occupied so I always has to look for a space around to park

Only good thing I can say about this place, is the beach view. The beach is quite dirty though. So many bad things to say about this place. First, communication is not up to par. The keyless entries don’t work well. We were locked out of the building at 3am with no one to communicate with. Luckily other guests in the building heard us knocking after knocking over 45mins. The keypad to the unit would work when it wanted to. I had to hop the balcony to get into the room. They need to upgrade their keyless locks. The unit was not clean. The cleaners didn’t even change the sheets. There was blood on the pillows, make up and we’re just disgusting. We asked for new sheets and towels and we’re told they would ask the cleaning staff, unfortunately that’s all we were told and nothing arrived. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t too clean and overall, the property wasn’t well maintained. There was no hot water at all and the water pressure was extremely low. Just say I didn’t really get to shower my whole stay. I would never return until they fix these issues. I would highly recommend to stay away

Everything was perfect the host was great help answer all my questions and helped in everything I need it… Only thing (-) was there’s no hot water I like showering with steaming hot water the water was warm:(

This place is amazing! The view! Oh my gosh! I didn’t want to leave. I’ll def be coming back again and again. The communication was clear and you have everything you need.

This penthouse has a beautiful view and the hot tub was great! The main room doesn’t have AC, but there is AC in the kitchen/living room area. To get there is quite a bumpy drive, and we got lost- but after the first time we recognized where we were going. The parking in front was a little tight because there was people staying in the other apartments. Overall the place was well kept and the view was stunning! Thank you

Really really enjoyed staying here! The view was amazing and we got to see dolphins and seels from our balcony not to mention the sunsets were breathtaking. The rooms were big and spacious and clean with fresh towels. There was a community pool we could use which was warm and very nice to swim in. The location is in a safe gated community and the guards were very pleasant and always made us laugh. There is cute restaurants and cafes that had amazing food and drink with a great view and service .Everything we needed was there for us. We had a slight issue with the hot water when we arrived but it was resolved immediately without delay by Francisco . The person whom I spoke with was Jennifer and she was so helpful and friendly. This is definitely a place that I will be coming back to and recommend all to go to.

I liked how the property was close to the beach but the photos where very deceiving and the property was run down

I liked the layout of the inside of the studio and the beach. There is no pool a lot of stairs to walk and the smell is terrible. Smells old. There are several things to fix like the toilet wobbles to one side. Refrigerator not working properly. I recommend having coffee because no store near by. I did like that there is security at the entrance. The parking was all taken when I arrived. Good thing we had to leave early for Dr. Appt.

The room was super cool, we had to ask for heater due that unit only has in the living room

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the place we spent a lot of time in the town so it was perfect for what we needed. Trouble with lock code but rep was responsive got us new code within 10min. The view was great and places was spacious.

Great Beautiful Place but they didn't have hot water the point paid the high price was to use the jacuzzi over looking the ocean but with no hot water was pointless they took way to long to try to fix it. We did shower with hot water beforecwe left but had to use a different room

This property is the perfect getaway to relax. Spend some nice family time it has perfect location. I definitely will keep using this property for upcoming trips. I recommend for family time perfect getaway.

This was my first time booking this condo and it was excellent, Fernando checked us in and was really helpful. Beautiful views, easy access to the toll road and 10 min drive from Papas and Beer. We will definately stay here again. Thank you
