Excellent breakfast, no dinner night of stay as it was Ascension Day holiday. Went out instead and had a good meal nearby.

Bed bouncy - but the room was what we expected.

Cleanliness of the room

The general condition of the buildings was poorly maintained. Entrance to our room was via an external staircase at the back of the property and this was not particularly inviting to guests. The restaurant was closed despite the facility being advertised, so we needed to drive to find a place to eat.

Signs of bed bugs on sheet (blood stains and insect), spend the night in the car. Hard to find entrance in the night, sign badly placed and incorrect GoogleMaps routing

Everything was very clean, crisp sheets , white towels. Room ( like a small motel room ) had heating (and a kettle ) which was great for France with tea coffee etc Modern decor in reception and breakfast area parking right outside Easy access to A10 but quiet although it’s on a kind of industrial estate so may be noisier in the week. l

we weren’t given the double room we had booked but they did change it for us when we showed them our booking although they claimed they didn’t know what we had booked just that we had booked a room The restaurant was closed . This was the main reason we had booked here as it was a Sunday night and we knew it was sometimes difficult to get food in France on a Sunday evening . The restaurant is actually open Monday to Thursday Nights so you might need to bear that in mind . The bar is very expensive - Heineken almost 8 Euros a pint ! Breakfast also expensive at 12 euros each so we didn’t bother.

Great location with parking and garden areas.

Could do with a couple more tea bags and sugar in the room and the reception didn't have any to provide when asked!!

No food when we arrived at 20:15 , the restaurant was closed but the ad is telling open from 10:00 till 23:00 but not : bummer after a big ride

The price was extortionate.

Room was extremely clean and newly decorated. More spacious than most budget hotels. Towels in bathroom good quality unlike the previous (more expensive) hotels we stayed in on this trip. Nice dining area and bar. And for a bonus, we had a kettle and tea / coffee in the room.

The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t bother.

Friendly staff with a decent bar which was welcome after a long drive. Room basic as expected but with good aircon.

Only pizzas were available for an evening meal as the restaurant was closed even when I had booked the hotel as it offered an evening meal that was very important to us as we had driven a long distance to get there. Also I had booked a room with a double bed & was told was unavailable & had to settle for 2 single beds.

Obviously this was a Camponile in it's past life, very comfortable
