I didnt take photos as the lighting was horrible every buld was a digferent wattage and colour, the room was uneven the tempreture gauge on the shower was scolding or lukewarm no inbetween the tv lost signal and u couldnt turn uo the volume. The beds were way too soft with lumpy mattresses the pillows were rock hard even with the windows shut the seagulls were so loud it was lije they were jn the room with you. However the very worst bit was finding somebody else's underwear in a bathroom draw i mean Yuk. When leaving was ready to give this review to them in person but as they didnt ask i didnt tell them. Do not waste your money this hotel.is one of the worst i have stayed in this was a trip with my son but i travel for work a lot would not recommed to my worat enemy.

Dancing and entertainment on ground floor seemed that you were trying to sleep in a dancing club and not in a hotel. The television had no signal. The breakfast was so terrible and smelled badly . I wonder if these people have any idea of what a hotel seemed to be.

Inadequate ventilation in corridors which kept upper floors too hot àll day, bedrooms would benefit from fan assisted vent to outside, or Aircon. No vent or window in bathroom/toilet.

Great last minute stay, all good Wi-Fi didn’t work but apart from that all good. Comfy bed and good night sleep

This is a very basic hotel.The staff are very friendly. Not much choice at breakfast .If you want more tea or coffee they charge an extra 10p per item the room is basic.it is ok for a budget hotel.

Receptinn and check in easy. Room large but bathroom needed sorting as shower screen bottom needs either a good clean or replacing. Water took a long while to get hot but when it did we were unable to turn the heat down

It was that bad I booked for 3 nights but left after 2 as I just couldn’t stand another night of no sleep and discomfort

Room was fairly clean, hot water tap was very slow running and the shower took along time to get barely warm. lots of noise from the other rooms but overall not bad for what we needed it for

Some staff were very helpful; others not so. Room very small, without a kettle or remote, but these were replaced fairly quickly. Also, no lights at all on Monday morning (pitch black bathroom) and this took a long time to resolve.

This was a truly shocking experience. No hot water and when there was it lasted 30 seconds before going cold again. Washing machine above our room on all night and also on the end cycle. Asked staff to turn it off as it was making racket every 5 seconds but they never did. Truly the worst night in a hotel I have ever had. Shame on this place and the management.

Had a lovely time in the hotel. There was a very lovely lady entertainer who sang and told jokes.

We came down to visit our Daughter and grandchildren, the hotel is just a 5 minuite walk from the see front, 10 minutes from the main stretch of shops, lots of bars, restaurants and places to see all within walking distance, this hotel isnt expensive, offers breakfast when booking, we cant comment on the food as niether of us eat early. The hotel is lovely and quiet. This is our 3rd stay here.

Amazing friendly hotel stayed twice over the summer and will definitely be back again next year. Dog friendly as well which was a bonus very good value for money

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The size of bedroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. You can here people in the other rooms talking. Using the toilets and even walking across their floors. When anyone pulled their toilet chain the noise of a pump went off. Didn’t sleep much at all. In fact we had paid for 2 nights but left after one. Tried to shower. Not a good experience as the shower head was fixed to wall and towels were very hard and hand towel looked like it had been cut from bath towel. Was frayed badly

Our stay was really good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception area And en-suite bathrooms were all very modern, the double bedroom we stayed in is in need of modernisation, the carpet, wallpaper and furniture let the room down. The breakfast was ok, the continental selection didn’t have much choice

Stayed in Room 211 . The water pump kept us awake all night. As people used taps toilets or showers the pump came on and the pump was across from our room. Was told it would be quiter later but wasnt

The rooms are dusty , curtains needs washing, after a long hot day all I wanted is to have a shower and it’s not working, a basic need for the hotel to provide and they fail. Why are you even allowing this hotel to function.

Really lovely and welcoming staff Place is run down Old tired furniture Bed was flat and springs gone I had to sleep on top of duvet to boost comfort The carpets mingy, not comfortable to even remove shoes Definitely not what I was expecting

The Hotel buiding on the outside is in need of a little attention. There is mess all around the outside after a poor decoration job was done, Windows with duck tape over the seals. The inside however is a lot better. The staff are really friendly and happy to help. The only think that put me off on the second day was the Guy serving breakfast to the table had the most disgustingly dirty shirt on, looked like he was doing the building work beetween customers, but he was polite.

I was given the smallest room I have ever seen (101) that contained stains to the ceiling and wallpaper falling off ! The toilet was also used !! I requested to be moved and was. The 2nd room was better but the bathroom had no blind or curtain so was able to see the street below and vice versa with the light on in darkness. Therefore was unable to use shower. In addition I tried to open the window and the handle came off in my hand ! I was also told I would have to pay £10 for breakfast but had already paid ! This was rectified after proof from my receipt. I came down at 7.15 for breakfast but was told to early so left the premises with none. Shame as the website looks good ! I forgot to mention the 5 people crowding the front entrance smoking on arrival ! Pretty poor to be honest. I would appreciate a refund for the breakfast as a bear minimum !

We had a lovely stay, staff were brilliant, helped asuch as was possible, only downside for us was the beds bit to narrow, Hubby said he slept around the springs, we didnt have breakfast so cannot comment, we went to our Daughters for that. Over all we had a lovely stay, when we come back down at the end of thisonth (August) we might stay again. Unless the Faughter can put us up.

Outside of hotel was covered in scaffolding and beared no resemblance to photo shown whilst booking. Whole hotel undergoing refurbishment. Skip in car park and limited parking. Tatty carpets in room and old furniture, although bathroom had been updated. Nice dining room and lounge. Breakfast good and staff excellent. Overall disappointing but could be made nice.

Arriving at the hotel the first thing you notice is how scruffy the outside is! The reception has obviously been refurbished which is nice! The hotel is not very clean, lots of dog hairs everywhere! Didn’t realise it was a dog friendly hotel as we wouldn’t have booked there! We had a family room which was tiny! The bathroom has been refurbished, but also very small & not very clean! We paid £310 for 3 of us for 2 nights & we had to pay an extra £49 for breakfast for all of us which was definitely not worth the money! The staff were very friendly & helpful but I would not return to this hotel! It was overpriced & definitely needs some TLC!
