Great hotel in the perfect spot for visiting Sandringham. Room was a decent size and a comfortable bed. Nice touch of a fridge in the room with real milk for tea . Staff were all lovely . Breakfasts were amazing .

Such a lovely stay! Comfy room and bed. All the facilities required including the eye mask and ear plugs. Great facilities- water, milk, tea/coffee, fridge. Bathroom was amazing and spacious. All very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Great stay over if you want somewhere near the coast, room was small but advertised as that and it did the job. The staff were all friendly and helpful, this hotel has the bonus of the golf if you fancy it, pool table was a nice touch too as well as games on hand. Food was nice and the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice both food and drink. Would recommend.

We had the old post office room - enormous bathroom, spotless, beautifully detailed and the young staff were a joy. We ate outside and the food was delicious; great choice at the breakfast buffet. Honestly one of the best nights away we've ever had. Thank you

Ffolkes is a bit different. A bit too child orientated for us, but we enjoyed the quirky decor. We stayed in a standard room which was small but well designed. There was enough storage with a long shelf above the bed and decent sized shelf in the bathroom. Nice, big shower. Wardrobe was tiny and half filled with an ironing board, didn’t bother us but may be an issue for others. Unusually for the UK there was air con, much appreciated as the temperature was 32 degrees. Also a small fridge with fresh milk. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we ate in the restaurant every evening. Not too expensive as the servings are generous. We were offered drink vouchers instead of having the bed made up and towels refreshed every day. We would go back.

Quirky!

Great location 4 miles from Sandringham. Our room was excellent with tea & coffee facilities, tv, complimentary night eye mask and ear plugs (not needed) and a fabulous bathroom with double shower, roll top bath etc Staff were so friendly and helpful , free parking and loads for kids to do although we didn’t have any. The breakfasts couldn’t be faulted with something for everyone whether hot or cold . The only thing I would change is to have some healthy options on the evening menu. We had to eat out as there was nothing on the menu that was suitable for somebody watching their weight .

Staff are very helpful and friendly! A very good breakfast plenty of choice and well presented. We stayed with our dog and he was welcomed in all areas!

Fascinating hotel, friendly staff, good food and cabin room witith outside seating on private terrace. Very reasonably priced. Wouldnt hesitate to book again if in the area.

I was drawn to the property's quirky decoration. The Monday mexican food was out of this world and I felt comfortable having it in my room at no extra cost (I was on my own - it helped). Breakfast was really good too. Bed was good with lovely pillows. Very good ensuite. I liked the ample parking. I didn't take part in the golf.

We loved our stay at the Ffolkes and will definitely come back again. We probably would book one of the better rooms as our bed creaked with the slightest movement. Our shower tray dipped as I think a joist has collapsed underneath and the ironing board was broken. Service from the young staff was excellent, great atmosphere and loved our dinner and breakfast.

Loved our recent stay, the staff were lovely, our room was nice, clean and well stocked for tea/ coffee. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of good quality hot food. My only suggestion would be to have a few more selections on the menu, i have dietary issues and the evening menu choice was limited each day for me, but my husband enjoyed the food, burger 1st night and tex mex the following night. We would return fir another visit in future.

A very comfortable business stay, nice room, very clean good facilities. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast good and plentiful also.

The room had looked so much bigger in the photos at the time of booking! Very little space to hang clothing and generally the room felt a bit cramped. It was inclement weather when we stayed, and the room door opens out direct onto a rain-swept landing, which means a fair amount ingresses into the room when going in or out. It was also up a flight of external wooden stairs that were a bit precarious in the wet. Would say overall it was overpriced.

The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots.

Close to event at Sandringham

We have stayed at Ffolkes many times and we are never disappointed. Room 7, although not large, is well presented, clean and comfortable with parking just outside. There is sufficient wardrobe space, tea and coffee plus delicious shortbread biscuits and, refreshingly, fresh milk. Also, unusually, there is an iron and ironing board which is very useful for those travelling from place to place. The food is delicious with a menu that varies and a chef who makes the best porridge. Staff are always visible, available and extremely friendly and helpful.
